Wonderful hotel most helpful staff

Hotel maravilhoso, muito bem localizado! Cafe da manhã espetacular, jantamos lá também e a comida estava muito boa! Gentilmente nos cederam o quarto um pouco antes da hora e ganhamos um up grade! Toda a equipe bem treinada e simpática! Cobra 22 euros por mala pra levar a bagagem no chek out! Um serviço que valhe a pena!

An absolutely stunning hotel, the views are unmatched. Staff are very attentive and go above and beyond from the moment you arrive. Only downfall was a strong odor in our bathroom which we were told was due to the older sewer system. Regardless beautiful hotel and would recommend to future travelers.

A little slice of paradise Where do I even begin? From the moment we arrived, this hotel was pure magic. The views over the sea are gorgeous. The staff were absolutely exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble, and they took care of everything with such warmth and professionalism. They even arranged a late checkout so we could squeeze in a few extra precious hours by the pool — that little gesture made all the difference. And breakfast on the terrace? A highlight of the entire trip. The French toast was, without exaggeration, the best I have ever tasted. Sitting there in the morning sun, looking out over the sea with that on my plate — honestly, perfection. Capri is a special place, but this hotel made it truly unforgettable. We left already talking about when we could come back. If you’re looking for somewhere that combines stunning surroundings, impeccable service, and those little personal touches that make you feel genuinely cared for — look no further. We will absolutely be back. What an absolute treat! 🌟
