Rent och snyggt, havsutsikt kanon, restaurangen får toppbetyg, rekommenderar detta hotell

Only had one night here, wouldn’t have stayed any longer

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem Hotel mit unseren beiden Kindern (8 und 10 Jahre alt) verbracht und waren rundum begeistert. Auf dem Hotelgelände gibt es zwei wunderschöne Pools – einer davon ist perfekt für Kinder geeignet und verfügt sogar über einen kleinen Bereich für Kleinkinder. Es gibt ausreichend Liegen, und selbst wenn diese belegt sind, werden im Laufe des Tages immer wieder Plätze frei. Das Hotel liegt am Hang, und aus allen Zimmern hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Ozean – für mich persönlich ein unschätzbarer Pluspunkt. Zum Strand sind wir mit dem Taxi gefahren (nur ca. 5 Minuten, Kosten 4–6 €). Zu Fuß wäre es zwar möglich, aber mit Kindern recht anstrengend – hier entscheidet natürlich jeder selbst. Ein besonderes Lob verdient das Restaurant: Der Küchenchef kocht einfach fantastisch! Täglich gibt es eine große Auswahl an Fleisch, Meeresfrüchten und vielen anderen Köstlichkeiten. Tagsüber werden zudem Snacks angeboten, sodass man wirklich keine Minute hungrig bleibt. Auch die Getränke und Cocktails waren sehr lecker. Das Personal war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. In allen Zimmern gibt es Klimaanlagen, was sehr angenehm ist. Außerdem steht eine Küche zur Verfügung, die wir aufgrund der All-inclusive-Verpflegung nicht genutzt haben. Es gibt Panoramaufzüge mit schönem Ausblick – wir hatten damit keinerlei Probleme. Vielleicht gab es auch ein paar kleine Minuspunkte, aber darüber möchte ich gar nicht schreiben, denn insgesamt war mein Eindruck 1

Overall, value for your stay is great. It is a 3star hotel and thats where it is. Food was fine, snacks were great for the kids. All inclusive drinks are also good. Service is impeccable. Only con i had was the rooms could be cleaner and more updated, but wasnt the biggest problem as the pros outweighed this small issue.

We had a nice stay, we went in January so there were a lot of retired guests around. For the price it was worth it (compared to the neighbouring hotels which were more expensive) but our room waa directly under the dining room so there was always noise when they moved the chairs around. Other than that the service was very friendly and there is a spar conveniently located in the hotel.

We only wanted a little 5 night break, we normally do book all inclusive but decided self catering as only there for a short time, we arrived midday and our room was ready and what a suprise we had, over looking the pool, lovely big balcony with sunbeds to relax on if not wanting to go to the pool, the apartment itself was lovely and bright, 1 bedroom and bathroom and a sofa bed ( that was the only let down) it was rock solid unfortunately, this could easily be fixed with a topper that they use on the beds to make it more comfortable. The grounds of the hotel was lovely, entertainment was plenty, bingo and happy hour at the same time was a must!! We can’t comment on the food as we was self catering, we ate in the europa centre and down at the commercial centre where you do need a taxi, we chose to walk one night but the pavements were very sloppy so you really need to be careful, we found the walk down to Amadores beach was easier and was able to walk in the road, got to the bottom and then did the costal walk which was a lovely 60 mins sounds a lot but it was a lovely walk…We didn’t want our short break to end, but for what we paid we was really pleased with this hotel! We would recommend and ourselves are already wanting to come back! Hopefully soon! Thanks Altamar for a fantastic 5 nights! Wished it was longer!!! See you again!!

First time at that area of Gran Canaria and very pleased we stayed at this hotel. All rooms appear to have the same excellent view and generous veranda with loungers, chairs and table. Rooms were lovely with living space and bedroom both with sliding doors onto the veranda and the room was well-equipped for any occasions of self-catering needs. Both areas with ceiling fans and windows for cooling off. With a shop on site, this made everything very easy. Hotel facilities were very enjoyable and we made use of the two pools, restaurant and entertainment. The site is high above the option of two beach areas that are both easily accessible via foot if you for the fitter and by regular free bus service should you require this. Ample taxis for direct and instant transport too. Altogether a very enjoyable stay and would definitely go back with confidence.

le plus la grande terrasse, de l'appartement, avec une superbe vue sur la mer, assez bien ensoleillée jusqu'à 19h environ (en mai), le fait qu'il y ait 2 piscines, dont une, plus réservée pour les familles avec enfants Le moins c'est le bruit raisonnable, dû aux travaux de l'hotel en face qui est en rénovation, mais surtout le parking clientèle, gros point noir !

Højt helligende på toppen af Puerto Rico med flot udsigt. Fint børnevenligt hotel med gode faciliteter. Mange trapper, så der var run på de 2 elevatorer, det kunne give en del udfordringer. Et kæmpe plus med gratis bus til stranden og ned til centrum i Puerto Rico.

Hotellet erbjuder blandat upplevelser. Fantastisk personal .Frukostutbudet dåligt. Maten oftast inte varm, långa köer för att få en omelett. Vattnet i baren smakade inte bra. Det saknas bekväma platser att sitta på då man inte äter. Resväskorna fick bäras nerför branta trappor. Oftast lång väntetid för att komma med linbanehissen.
