The property was situated on a beautiful beach. The resort itself is a little old, but maintained well. It was early season, so we had a few issues when asking questions from staff members and getting different answers every time. All, in all this hotel is on an amazing beach.

Wir waren eigentlich sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt im VIO. Es war sauber, tolle Poolanlagen, super schöner Strand und meist freundliches Personal. Warum wir keine vollen Punkte gegeben haben ist, dass es an der Bar unserer Meinung nach willkürliche Preise genommen werden. Es liegen auch keine Preise aus. Wir haben uns dann an der Rezeption beschwert da wir am zweiten Abend für fast die gleichen Getränke 20€ mehr bezahlen sollten. Wir haben dann gratis Getränke an der Bar bekommen Aber der bittere Beigeschmack bleibt.

Questo ampio resort ha chiaramente visto giorni migliori, ed è un peccato perché la posizione è davvero ottima. La vista su Golfo Aranci e sull'isola di Tavolara è stupenda. Purtroppo sia le camere che le aree comuni sono piuttosto datate e necessiterebbero di una ristrutturazione. La camera "classic" è nel complesso appena accettabile: la terrazza è spaziosa ma arredata in modo molto essenziale, i servizi sono basilari, e l'aria condizionata funziona solo a un'impostazione fissa e piuttosto rumorosa, con manopole di regolazione non funzionanti. In camera non erano presenti né bollitore né tè o caffè. Sebbene fossero fornite tre bottiglie d'acqua, il frigorifero era scollegato e ho dovuto allacciarlo personalmente. Anche il telecomando della TV non funzionava, probabilmente per le batterie scariche: l'ho segnalato agli inservienti, ma nessuno è intervenuto. Le finestre sono prive di zanzariere e, all'arrivo, la camera era infestata da formiche. Un addetto è intervenuto subito con uno spray, ma il problema, in forma minore, è persistito per tutto il soggiorno. Il box doccia era inizialmente privo di tenda, installata solo il secondo giorno, vecchia e macchiata. A colazione, durante la fila per il caffè, sono stato ripetutamente invitato a spostarmi da un addetto che trasportava parti di una macchina in modo che ho trovato poco cortese. Nel complesso, il resort avrebbe un enorme potenziale grazie alla sua posizione, ma gli standard attuali non sono all'altezza.

Hotellet var som sådan fint - sengene var dog alt for hårde, og det gjorde at man ikke sov ordentligt og maden i restauranten om aftenen var ikke særlig god. Vi havde valgt et værelse med havudsigt, det trak godt op.

The most horrible travel experience I’ve ever had 8 of us planned this trip together as family reunion The rooms were so moldy and dirty that my brother and his fiancé had to leave before midnight they couldn’t even sleep in the room. The mold smell made them so sick. My personal room of the other three had the mold, but not as bad as the other two so my daughter-in-law and my two grandchildren and my friend we all slept in my room Prior to this, we all went to the front desk to describe our problem and a room attendant with a bottle of Febreze came to spray the room. How is it supposed to kill the mold? We went back to the front desk again, explaining our concerns with the mold and they said they’ve already upgraded us. This is not true. Our room has not been moved. The dining experience is hard to find the words, the lunch menu, which looked lovely. We all went to order our lunch and they were told they only have pizza available then we went to order cocktails and then we’re told they don’t have the ingredients to fix multiple bar requests After still trying to change our rooms, we thought well let’s go to dinner. Only a buffet was available. The food was cold. The meat was dry bugs in her water. Glasses, disgusting is the only word I can think of. I have never seen such a lack of concern for your This is definitely not a property I could ever recommend I’ve been in the hotel business many many years and this was an experience. I’ll never forget.

Is good for family trip

Har været der 1 uge og har haft et fantastisk ophold. Fantastisk udsigt, lækker strand, dejlig pool. Personalet alle steder er virkelig søde og hjælpsomme og meget imødekommende.

Room was not very nice, buffet was was ok but crazy, server was not very friendly, beach was nice.

Wir waren in der letzten Woche der Saison. Dementsprechend waren schon die meisten Aktivitäten, Restaurants geschlossen. Das Essen war leider schrecklich. Man hatte den Eindruck es wurden die 'Reste' serviert. Die Früchte am Frühstücksbuffet waren schon zum Grossteil verschrumpelt. An zwei Tagen war die 'Kaffeebar' geschlossen, d.h. man hat zum Frühstück nur den furchtbaren Automatenkaffee bekommen. Das Personal war aber freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Strand ist wirklich sehr schön.

Das Ressort ist in die Jahre gekommen aber immer noch wunderschön und die Grünanlagen sowie die anderen Einrichtungen wurden gut gepflegt. Für eine Großküche war das Essen gut und abwechslungsreich

Great beach, easy to get to. Great entertainment and club staff. Reception staff not so helpful. But all in all great experience would do again.

L hôtel est grand avec deux belles grandes piscines .. terrain de tennis avec matériel . Le plus : une plage privée avec sunbed .. serviette de plage avec caution 10 e . La chambre est spacieuse .. petit déjeuner et dîner possible . Le staff est très serviable .. nombreuses plages à 10-15 mn en voiture . Le centre d olbia a 15 mn . Je recommande

The property is beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are a bit dated. The beach shuttle was amazing, and the beach itself too. The pools are wonderful and the entertainment is great. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The only negative was the cleanliness of the room. It would get serviced everyday, but the sheets didn’t get changed the 4 nights we were there. They also don’t seem to vacuum the floor which became really annoying as we had been to the beach and the sand built up and was in the bed and all over the floor. The other negative is the hand wash, it’s some eco friendly thing but doesn’t really work.

Die Lage und der Strand sind wirklich hervorragend – es gibt immer ausreichend Sonnenschirme, was sehr angenehm ist. Das Zimmer selbst ist allerdings schon in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte dringend eine Renovierung. Besonders im ansonsten schönen Badezimmer war die Dusche nicht in Ordnung, da die Fugen stark von Schimmel befallen waren. Das Konzept mit Tabletten als Seife und Shampoo hat mir persönlich nicht so zugesagt. Auch die Bedienung im Restaurant war eher träge und nicht besonders aufmerksam.

Très bon hôtel. Cadre magnifique. Belle chambre bien située. Très belle et grande piscine ainsi que plage privée. Accès à tout l'hôtel grâce à la navette. Très bon restaurant Sos Aranzos au niveau qualitatif et quantitatif, avec énormément de poissons et fruits de mer tous les jours. Merci au Maître d'hôtel Salvatore ainsi qu'à son équipe. Bonne équipe d'animation. Personnel et direction (Massimo) compétents et très sympathiques.

La struttura nel complesso bella soprattutto il beach hotel, con camere rinnovate e con la spiaggia attrezzata inclusa.Nota dolente la ristorazione sia per la colazione che per la cena con cibo di scarsa qualità e personale impreparato.Distante 45 minuti da Porto Cervo e circa 20 da Porto Rotondo con strade piene di curve e non illuminate.
