這是第二次住宿這間酒店，不論是服務或是早晚餐，如上次一樣，非常滿意，性價比極高，有機會的話會再次住宿這間酒店。

Clean and new room. The hotel is generous, all the drinks and snacks are free in room. The dinner was perfect. Just the location was a bit inconvenient but there is free shuttle pickup at Kameoka station.

各方面都十分滿意，職員服務態度非常好，晚餐每道菜都像一幅畫似的，味道極緻， 十分推介。

Boyfriend and I were unfortunately in the middle of the chaotic Osaka after earthquake and the hotel staff was really efficient in responding email, trying to help. Knowing that we had a long tired day, it offered us a section of private open bath for free upon our arrival. Highly recommended~
