Absolutely amazing - we loved it! Wonderful staff. Lovely room (Las Vegas) - especially the jacuzzi bath! Room facilities were excellent with everything we could possibly need, including fridge and ice bucket. Breakfast area was lovely and the breakfast itself was one of the best continental breakfasts we have had. Lovely relaxed atmosphere throughout the hotel and nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were lovely. We are definitely planning to stay again.

✨ What a wonderful find! ✨ Could not fault one thing, I was just sad we only had one night there, but we will be going back The rooms are spotlessly clean, & most are themed as different countries, which makes for a novel stay…we were in the Paris room, but the lovely managers Debbie & Jo, allowed us to have a look at all the others, which were all equally as good They are currently working to add a restaurant & bar on site, with a couple of dining pods too, which will make this place even more special, & we can’t wait to go back to try that out The staff go above & beyond, & nothing is too much trouble. They helped us with so much local info & recommendations, which is great to hear from people who live in the area. Their enthusiasm for their jobs is unrivalled & so lovely to see The Team should definitely think about appearing on ‘Four in a Bed’ & wipe the floor with the competition (metaphorically speaking 😄) Sent some photos to a friend, & she replied saying ‘oh my goodness, it looks like Disney’ …well you can’t get much higher praise than that! We stayed here in Paris theme room and was absolutely lovely!!! Had everything and more, great choice at breakfast and friendly staff! I would definitely recommend and stay here again Its a fabulous place.

Sometimes you deserve to treat yourself and St Hildas Boutique was just the ticket for us. Our themed room was lovely with touches that we noticed and appreciated. Go on, you're worth it!

We stayed here as a half way point for the Cleveland way hike. The staff were professional, friendly and very welcoming. We stayed in the Venice suite, the room was immaculate and the decor and presentation really made it feel unique, We would definitely stay here again

Wow and WOW! What an absolutely amazing experience. From the check in with Debbie, the room and facilities, to the breakfast and check out, it was an absolute dream. (Sorry I didn’t catch the young ladies name when I checked out) I had requested a bottle of bubby which was waiting on ice for us on arrival. The suite was spotless, and couldn’t ask for more. The spa bath was fabulous and indulgent. This is really a place that needs a visit and I’m so excited to be returning later in the year. The Marrakesh suite really does make you think you’ve hit the high boutiques in Morocco. The Egyptian room is next on the list.

We had a wonderful stay in a beautifully themed room that was gorgeously decorated and felt very special. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which really added to the experience. There was a lovely selection available for the continental breakfast, with plenty of choice. The room was well equipped with thoughtful touches such as miniature toiletries, glass-bottled water, and a great selection of tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay that we would happily recommend.
