The room was clean and comfortable, and I had a wonderful stay.

距離機場很近，方便搭飛機的旅客，員工素質超高。我們坐遊輪早上下船，辦理入住的美麗小姐，讓我們提前入住，真的很貼心。有機會我們還會再次入住，並推薦給親友們。

班機在凌晨2點多抵達只能搭計程車過去，車資大約26歐多。房間大小適中，內部非常簡單沒有多餘用品，房間沒有面紙但廁所有衛生紙。周圍非常安靜，適合怕吵的人。旅館對面有R2地鐵站，過馬路後往下走就到，大約3分鐘，可以直達Sants車站，車站雖然不大但有電梯，對有大型行李的旅客來說，是非常方便。

Reception not friendly , room floors dusty, coffee cups dusty, room AC weak can’t adjust. Convenient near shopping center, restaurants, market & kisds amusement games.

No había perchas para colgar la ropa. Tampoco había un triste vaso. Antes el hotel, sus servicios estaban mejor. Ahora es más caro y peor

Clean room and the location was very convenient!

The hotel is amazing, very good location considering the train is right in front. The property is clean and well maintained. However the reception staff look like they dont like their job at all. I thought they were very cold

Fueron super amigables con mi compañera de 4 patas, nos entregaron un kit mascota, la acariciaron y fueron muy atentas y atentos. La habitación muy limpia y con los básicos necesarios, toallas, jabón, productos de ducha. En el hotel tienen varias máquinas de autoservicio con productos varios, bebidas y algo de comida. También hay una plaza detrás con un súper donde puedes comprar algunos básicos, frente a la propiedad queda un parque, muy útil si viajas con mascota, y también cruzando la calle está la estación de tren que te lleva directo al centro de Barcelona.

Nos tuvieron sin aire acondicionado ! 3 noches,sin poder dormir bien. Mal encarados y altivos estos españoles. La verdad no vuelvo ni recomiendo este hotel.

Propreté

La ubicación es muy alejada de la ciudad, sin embargo, es un lugar muy tranquilo, hay dos centros comerciales a los que se puede llegar caminando, esta cerca del aeropuerto y frente a una estación de tren que te lleva a la ciudad.

La habitación tenía todo el suelo levantado debido a las humedades del baño( ducha). Por lo demás todo muy bien.

Room was small, but fairly clean. No top sheet on bed, only slip cover for duvet. No glasses or cups provided. No screen for window so we dealt with mosquitoes at night. Needed more towels and toilet paper. Could have used another garbage bin. Only one small one in bathroom. Removing card turned all power off. Beds were comfortable as were the pillows. Conveniently located next to mall and bus/metro station. Good access to downtown and airport. Front desk very helpful.
