The room was clean and comfortable, and I had a wonderful stay.

距離機場很近，方便搭飛機的旅客，員工素質超高。我們坐遊輪早上下船，辦理入住的美麗小姐，讓我們提前入住，真的很貼心。有機會我們還會再次入住，並推薦給親友們。

班機在凌晨2點多抵達只能搭計程車過去，車資大約26歐多。房間大小適中，內部非常簡單沒有多餘用品，房間沒有面紙但廁所有衛生紙。周圍非常安靜，適合怕吵的人。旅館對面有R2地鐵站，過馬路後往下走就到，大約3分鐘，可以直達Sants車站，車站雖然不大但有電梯，對有大型行李的旅客來說，是非常方便。

This hotel is very much isolated but it has excellent public transportations to/from both the airport and Barcelona.

O hotel é muito proximo de um outlet e ao lado de um shopping. Fiquei por 1 noite, pois era perto do aeroporto. Para quem vai curtir varios dias em Barcelona e está sem carro é bom saber que o hotel fica distante dos pontos turísticos.

Room was clean. Check in was smooth. We love your hot drinks on the lobby 24 hrs and your breakfast is excellent.

방 깨끗하고 공항이 가깝습니다만, 택시를 타거나 99번버스(배차간격이 30분!!)을 타야 해요 메르카도나 있어서 장보기 좋아요. 난방이 고장나서 직원도 해결 못하고 작은 라디에이터를 갖다줬어요. 밤새 위에서 깜빡거리는 냉난방기 에러 불빛에 수면 방해됨. 학생들이 단체로 와서 아주 시끄러웠어요. 전체적으로 유스호스텔이나 기숙사같은 느낌..뷰는 전혀 없고, 공항가기 전에 잠만 자기에는 적합할 수도 있는데....제가 운이 없었던건지 소음과 난방 고장때문에 본래의 용도에 적합했는지도 사실 잘 모르겠네요. 어쨌건 그 주변에서 가격이 저렴하긴 했어요.

It’s nothing special, but the staff are very accommodating and very close to the airport.

Habitación perfecta con algún desperfecto por falta de mantenimiento. El personal a la hora de la llegada un poco despistado nos dijo que teníamos que pagar el desayuno y lo teníamos incluido llegada y.

The staff was very rude and unprofessional. We arrived two hours early and notified the front desk that if the room was available, to let us know. I had to ask multiple times for an update, even after waiting 2 hours in the lobby, but no one cared to let us know. We finally got a family room at the end of the hallway, very dimly lit and uninviting. There was a misunderstanding about breakfast; we were not told about paying extra when we checked in, so we assumed it was free. As we left the hotel the next day for our day trip, I quickly grabbed a couple of bananas from the shelf, and the staff gave me a "weird" look and took them back because he said we had to pay. We were so embarrassed by the whole situation. The whole hotel experience was a nightmare. Will never stay at this hotel again!!!

Original room had holes in the curtains, toilet seat was broken, and heat/air unit didn’t work. Reported toilet seat and heat/air unit the next morning. Toilet seat was fixed right away. After two times coming to our room maintenance said the heat/air was working. When we got back to room in the afternoon, unit still wasn’t working. Reported to front desk , who said they would inform maintenance. A few hours later, still not fixed. Informed front desk who said maintenance person told them it couldn’t be fixed until next day. I informed front desk no such conversation took place. We had to move to another room!

Amazing service and hotel , have been here before 5 years ago and it has been amazing ever since , staff are very useful and friendly , rooms are tidy and clean . Train station and airport is near plus the availability of malls and outlets stores . Highly recommend !
