Great location, close to shopping centre and other attractions

The staff was excellent! The location was beautiful along the river and right beside the swimming lagoon and in the walking/biking track. There was even a movie in the park too on the Friday night. A fantastic place to stay.

Easy check in, secure parking, central location making for easy shopping.

Oven and range hood didn’t work. AC filter was filthy. Shower wouldn’t drain properly and overflowed.Cracks in walls. Carpet needed to be professionally cleaned.People parked in my allocated parking several times Other cars and visitors tailgate you through gate. Room was serviced cleaner took essential cleaning items from apartment and left patio screen door unlocked. Pool area was dirty.Traffic and pedestrian noise was not ideal Overall my experience was average and I wouldn’t return

Check in was a breeze with great people in the reception. Parking was so handy for the car with a nice view their cafe is also good , you need to know this as Townsville has few good coffee spots. Great location well appointed room that had everything

Higher standard property

Great walking tracks, sporting and library facilities close by. Unit itself had stained carpet and a bedroom air conditioner that was so loud it prevented sleep. Light shines through the bedroom window due to very bright all night lights on outside verandah. The unit looks tired and dated.

We loved our stay, the apartment had plenty of room for our family of 5, we could spread out and not feel on top of one another! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed!

Dirty trays with remains of cooked food left in the oven. Apartments starting to show signs of age and normal wear and tear.

Have stayed here a number of times. Room this time not as good (road noise) as last but still OK.

The unit was smelly and very dusty. Oven was dirty and we where not able to use it. Kettle and toaster discusting. Will definitely not stay there again and don't recommend it.

We were staying for a local football competition so it was ideally located for our stay, spacious, had everything we needed for a long stay. Only criticism was the shower doors leaked water on the floor a lot.

Property was terrific on all accounts. If I need to stay in the area again, definitely booking here.
