พนักงานหน้า lobby พูดจาดี เจ้าของโรงแรมอัธยาศัยดีมาก

Pengalaman saya menginap disini, cukup memuaskan dekat sekali dengan malin plaza, cuma sayangnya. Harusnya dapat kamar yang katanya superior. Kok dapat yang 1 tempat tidur yang keras pula. tidak ada pemasak air panas. sekedar nuat kopi. mandi air panas pungsi. WiFi kencang. Tanpa deposit. dekat selel, thank you.

พนักงานทำความสะอาดหน้าตาไม่ยิ้มแย้ม เวลาลูกค้าคุยด้วยก็ทำเหมือนไม่สนใจ ที่เคยเจอบางโรงแรมพนักงานทำความสะอาดห้องยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใสดีมากๆ และที่นี่น่าจะมีป้ายติดบอกว่าต้องการทำความสะอาดห้องหรือไม่ต้องการเพราะบางครั้งลูกค้านอนหลับ แต่พนักงานล็อบบี้ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใสดีมากค่ะ ห้องพัก น่าจะมีกาน้ำร้อนด้วย นอกนั้นดีทุกอย่างยกเว้นอย่างเดียวที่บอกพนักงานทำความสะอาดพูดไม่ไพเราะ

เช็คอินได้ไม่เกิน 20 นาทีต้องคืนห้องเลยครับ เพราะหลอนเกิน อยู่ดีๆน้ำก็เปิดเอง รอบแรกผมเข้าไปปิดแล้วก็มานอนดูทีวีอีกสักประมาณ 5 นาทีก็ไหลอีก คราวนี้ผมแค่เปิดประตูเข้าไป อยู่ดีๆน้ำก็หยุดไหล แล้วผมก็มานอนดูทีวีอีกครั้ง ก็ประมาณ 5 นาทีอีกแหละ น้ำก็ไหลเองอีก ผมก็เลยเปิดประตูห้องน้ำเข้าไป หลังจากนั้นน้ำก็หยุดไหลอีกตามเคย... หลังจากนั้นผมก็ตัดสินใจเช็คเอ้าท์ทั้งๆที่จองเข้ามา 2 วัน -ทางเข้าก็หลอนมากๆ -พื้นห้องเหนียวเท้ามาก -เฟอร์นิเจอร์ที่เป็นไม้พุพังเกือบทุกอย่าง -ฝ้าห้องน้ำก็ไม่มี -กลิ่นห้องเหม็นฝุ่น -ทีวีเหรอ สีแย่มาก -ห้อง 319 ใครอยากลุ้นระทึกหรือรายการไหนจะมาก็ได้นะครับ ไม่เกิน 1 ชม. คุณก็น่าจะถ่ายรายการเสร็จแล้วครับ

พนักงานทำเหมือนลูกค้าติดหนี้ ทำหน้าพูดจาไม่ดีไม่สุภาพใส่ ห้องไม่สะอาด

The reception was not friendly. The walking ways to the room was very scary and the room is very old and dirty such as the blanket have a hairs and the smell was bad (dust). It was bad to stay there I cannot sleep there. I have to find the new place to stay over instead. while I move to another place I cannot check out because the reception guy was not there. I need to go back in the morning to check out and get my deposit back.

物有所值。房间很宽敞。

พนักงานรอบกลางคืนพูดจาแย่มาก ห้องเหม็นสุดๆ นอนไม่ได้จนต้องไปหาที่พักใหม่ เสียเงินฟรี

总体来说还可以。服务很好，还包含早餐。

พักเป็นอาทิตย์ผ้าเช็ดตัวผ้าปูไม่เคยเปลี่ยนให้ แผนกต้อนรับพูดจาได้แย่มาก

Hotel is under-invested. There are problems with water. We wanted to move to another side of building because of noise from street, but staff told us there is no hot water in other side of building (in our room, we needed to wait some time to get it). We asked if that will be fixed soon, and staff told its not fixed long term although owner know about it. So obviously problem here is owner.
