因為班機時間，在晚上11:30才抵達飯店，飯店門已經關起來，不容易找到。Check in需要透過對講機，第一次通話的時候，我們提供了訂房編號跟全名，服務人員找不到我們的資料於是就掛斷了，這讓我們感到非常的不舒服，我講出所有我訂房有關的資料，而對方找不到資料連一句話都沒說就掛斷了。我們已經提前透過飯店提供的系統輸入check in基本資料，在第二次通話的時候才發現，在飯店的資料上，我的surname變成了last name，女性變成男性，我確認過我在系統上輸入的資料無誤，或許因為這樣子的錯誤，使得服務人員找不到我的資料，讓我們在門外站了20分鐘後才進房。房間是樓中樓，床在樓上，雖然是開放空間，但是空調的風完全吹不到樓上，所以樓上非常的悶熱。這家飯店非常推薦給注重隱私的客人，從入住到退房，遇不太到人，早餐也是在房間裡面享用。

Beautiful property great service and location

What was good: Staff were excellent at reception and for both breakfast and for dinner. The location was perfect in the old city. What was not so good: The room was hot without any capacity to change the AC temperature and stayed hot even after turning off heater. Opening the balcony door did nothing to help reduce the heat in the loft bedroom. The lack of cushions or side tables for the couch made posture sitting a bit hard. Light in the hanging cupboard couldn’t be turned off. Fridge was tiny and not much room for personal drinks or food.

La chambre était un peu sombre. Éclairage mal adapté. La télévision avait un fonctionnement aléatoire. Aucune chaîne en français ( TV5Monde; France24) papier de toilette limité. Petit déjeuner, personnel insuffisant.

The breakfast was delicious and ample. Our room was lovely except for the lighting - it was not well lit for reading on the couch, especially.

Georgia welcomed us so nicely. We had traveled long and far it was so nice to have a human actually be there to welcome us (Francesca, too) as opposed to emailing a password no to enter the facility and here is your room number; essentially on our own in a foreign country. That made a huge difference to us. We highly recommend this hotel.

Outstanding. Lovely people

Palazzo Calo was fabulous. Excellent location in the historic area. The hotel is renovated and in excellent condition. The loft rooms are very comfortable and lots of size. Parking at Jolly Parking was easy and close to the hotel. (30 euro and in and out is allowed) breakfast was perfect and the welcome drink in the lounge was a nice touch.

I only liked the location of this property and the friendly and helpful staff. The room is not 4star, lacks basic amenities and bathroom in very poor condition. Will not stay here again.

Room was nice and clean. Very cozy. The staff - Francesca at the Front Desk was very helpful. We let her know our friends were arriving early the next morning, she arranged for the room next to us and had it ready for check in by 9am. Amazing! The hostess - Viviana, in the breakfast area was the most hospitable person we met on our trip ( 3 different hotels). Great breakfast with many local options.

Great location, but difficult to access if you have luggages, small place Staff was wonderful but not very knowledgeable about surrounding area and uber services. Also dinner was sub par - billed as a “dining experience”

An historic building in the heart of the old town. We enjoyed a spacious room, and the staff were most helpful. Lovely rooftop bar and restaurant too.

Francesca was so helpful and provided outstanding service both pre-check-in and during our stay.

Loved the room, so clean and classy. The staff couldn't have been nicer, all the amenities were first rate and the highlight were the breakfasts...varied and tasty. Pat L.
