Location is strategic, only the power outlet is a bit loose, so I had to ensure repeatedly that the socket was properly plugged.

The location is great, it is on a quite road, near Xihu and Hefang food street and bus and metro stations are near as well. Facilities is good. Staffs are supportive.

When I went to the hotel to check-in, the receptionist told me that my booking is only for 3 hours. I was shocked considering that according to my booking details, it's for 24 hours (2 pm, check-in and 12nn - check out next day). According to the hotel, I need to pay another 100 Yuan to make my stay overnight. Since, I am very tired, I don't have any choice but to pay-up. Really bad experience. I hope Traveloka can fix the details on their website.

Location was great. Very near mrt station (ding an road) and west lake. At night can go to night market. Clean room and helpful staff.

Simple hotel near Xi Hu, took you 10 mins to reach Xi Hu. Suitable for us as we arrived late and departing to Tunxi the next day. You pay what you get.

靠近西湖，周围有很多吃饭的地方，对于穆斯林来说酒店周围有很多清真餐厅。

The carpets in our room are very smelly and the front from our room are very dark.

很接近地铁，出口经小巷过大路就到了，家乐福，吴山夜市很靠近。早点选择有点少。
