1. The room smelled like it just got newly painted. the room is not clean, we could not sleep because we were beaten by small bugs under the comforter/blanket. we reported to the front desk, then they changed the bed and pillow covers and conforter/blanket. after that we could sleep peacefully. 2. the breakfast menu is very standard, does not deserve 4 stars hotel. 3. they only have one elevator which is very small and dirty, which again does not deserve 4 stars hotel. 4. the hallway is also not clean, 5. this hotel is more like 2 stars hotel rather than 4 stars and the price/rate is very expensive consider to what I got. 6. this makes me worry to book hotel local brand online in the future since I don't recoqnize the quality of the hotel brand.

ห้องใหญ่ กว้างขวาง สะอาด แต่มีเรื่องการให้ขวดน้ำในห้องพัก ที่ให้ขวดเล็ก ไม่เพียงพอ และอาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกน้อย

ต้องดูแลเรื่องการใช้งานของอุปกรณ์ภายในห้อง เพราะเริ่มชำรุดและดูเก่า

ไม่พร้อมก่อนให้บริการ ห้องแรกก๊อกอาบน้ำชำรุด น้ำอาบน้ำเป็นสีขุ่นและเป็นตะกอน ห้องที่สองทีวีเสีย ห้องที่สามแอร์ไม่เย็น แต่ช่างมาล้างคอมเพรสเซอร์แอร์ให้ แต่ทุกห้องน้ำขุ่น เพียงแต่ขุ่นน้อยในห้องสุดท้าย พนักงานทุกท่านทำงานดีมากครับ แต่โรงแรมต้องปรับซ่อมแซมหลายอย่าง เช่น เคาน์เตอร์อ่างล้างหน้าที่ผุ ก๊อกปรับน้ำอาบน้ำชำรุด ทีวีเสีย ไฟในห้องที่หลอดขาดบางดวง ประตูออกระเบียงที่ล็อกไม่ได้ครับ หากปัญหาเหล่านี้หมดไปจะเป็นโรงแรมที่สมบูรณ์และดีที่สุดโรงแรมหนึ่งเลยทีเดียว
