Pleasant stay, good price, lovely room

We chose this property because it was close to the train station. It was a very nice place with helpful staff and a nice restaurant on site.

Great staff, nice room

Liked location. Reception staff excellent. Breakfast coffee not good, cold eggs, croissants heavy. Bathroom: toilet paper not refilled, no grab bars in very slippery shower, not enough towel racks. No do not disturb sign available.

We chose Stelle hotel as it was close to Garibaldi station. You can walk through the station right into a foyer brings you right in front of hotel reception. A warm welcome from the receptionist we stored our bags as we arrived very early and headed off to the city centre to explore. The hotel itself is pleasant, rooms were clean. Shower and toiletries were ok. No free bottled water and two tea bags supplied we asked for a few extra. Breakfast was fine not overly exciting too much cake and not so much savoury. Staff member was helpful with the drinks machine, fruit juice was watery. As mentioned a good base for the station but the area is not too pleasant. We didnt want to drag our suitvases to far and used the airport bus. Several restaurants around but mostly snack bars. Definitely recommend the hotel for its convenience for traveling onto Ercolano for Herculaneum or further for Pompeii.

Our flight was cancelled and I booked this hotel for an emergency 1 night stay. The room was clean but a bit shabby and lacking in soul. It was comfortable and had everything that we could want. We only paid 65 Euros so I cannot complain. The best thing about the hotel were the lovely staff who were very kind and helpful to weary stressed travellers.

The property is attached to the train station which is convenient. The ac did not work in our room and only half the lighting worked. Without ac it was 26c all night. Miserable!!

The bathroom was a little bit dirty and the furniture around the room was worn down. The breakfast was substandard in my opinion. Not a lot of options, but good coffee. Convinient location near a train station and alot of space in the room.

The hotel itself was nice, clean, etc and I really liked the direct access from the train station to a back entrance to the hotel so we didn’t have to go out on to the public street sidewalks. The surrounding neighborhoods seemed a bit sketchy and we didn’t feel comfortable venturing out at night. The restaurant at the hotel is not open for dinner.

Very nice hotel in a convenient location

The room was clean, the service was great! The location is really good, we needed to be close to the train station so it was perfect. The only thing that I didn’t like it was the ac since you couldn’t configure it as you wish, the humidity was bad inside the room and we could put the dry mode in the ac but it wasn’t possible to change it. And the breakfast could be so much better! It was really poor and bad quality, old food… anyway I would recommend it coz the room was confortable, big and super clean, and the price was good as well!

Property was just okay, met our needs- rooms were clean but bathrooms had mould and water damage on the wall on the bedroom because of a leaking aircon. Area around is pretty scary- not much around have to walk about 20 mins to get to the busier city areas. Convenient if catching train though. Overall average

This hotel is very convenient to the train station and not far from the airport. It is easy to get there if you take the Alibus from the airport to the train station. It is then just a 5 minute walk. The hotel itself was clean and the staff is friendly. There are several options for food nearby. The air conditioning works! The area around the hotel is not the best but also not the worst.

Air conditioning barely functional. 29 degrees Celsius upon check in to my room. I want compensation

It was just fine

At the first step a huge cockroach welcomed us on the bed, so we left the hotel immediately. Staff were helpful and understanding, they admitted the problem (we pictured, anyways), but had nothing to do.

Front desk staff unfriendly (how much does a smile cost?). Area not safe - don’t go out walking by yourself and be alert. Surrounding area dirty - we walked to find lunch place and almost stepped on human pooped!! on the sidewalk.

There was a cockroach in my room. Which I could have forgiven as it’s an old building. But the lock on my door looked like it had been broken and there wasn’t a second lock beside the key card operated one. As a woman travelling alone in a dangerous city this is unacceptable
