酒店位置十分接近Atocha車站，在那裡住了三晚，初到酒店時一名女職員提供了一間低層較舊的房間，由於在一樓及臨街的關係，整晚都聽到外面的噪音，翌日得到一名男職員的幫忙，立即轉到較高層及剛翻新的房間，很感謝這位ALEJANDRO的幫忙！各位要留意酒店有新舊不同的客房。 The hotel's location is very close to the Atocha station, I lived there for three nights, a female staff provided a low and older room for me, I can heard the noise outside whole the night, the next day, obtained the help from a male staff, his name is ALEJANDRO, he helped me to change my room to a higher and cleanly level immediately, thanks so much!

The hotel is cheap and the overall quality is good. The only problem is that WIFI is not working so well. Sometimes, I just could not connect for the whole night.

房間很乾淨，而且有窗戶可以看到街景。距離巴士站很近，離地鐵站也不遠，交通位置方便，週遭有餐廳和小型便利商店，生活機能方便。可惜的是網路連不上，櫃檯說是因為頻寬不足，建議飯店改進一下，因為住了4天都沒有網路可用。除此之外一切滿意。

房間比想像中大，且有陽台可以看到市區街景，交通位置及週邊環境都很不錯，可惜的是雖然飯店有free WIFI，但我的手機一直連不上網路。

The location is quite good. The condition and style of decoration is fine. The price is not high. I will strongly recommend it!

Awful , uncomfortable, dated , run down Toilet didn’t flush and the room stunk of drains !! Dreadful experience

Toilet didn’t flush, air con barley worked, shower didn’t work, water was cold and brown, room had 1 socket and no daylight

Zimmer war sehr sauber, aber wirklich klein. Frühstück ist leider nicht gut.

Prisvärt centralt boende. Sängarna var dock för hårda i vår smak.

Pas på her!! Fotos snyder Big time, så værelser ser meget større ud end virkeligheden. Værelser er ens, fik vi at vide. Vores var meget småt. Ingen safe eller køleskab på værelse. Meget gadestøj. Vi kommer her ikke igen. Positivt: Hotellet ligger meget centralt i byen.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage und die Zimmer sind sauber und wurden täglich gereinigt. Leider ist das Hotel und die Zimmer sehr in die Jahre gekommen und verlebt. Die Fenster waren so undicht/dünn, dass man alles an Geräuschen von der Straße wahrnehmen konnte, als wären diese offen. Das Zimmer war extrem hellhörig, ich konnte jegliche Geräusche von den anderen Zimmern hören, was sehr störend war. Die Matratzen/Betten sind alt und hart. Habe ich als sehr unbequem empfunden. Beim verlassen des Hotels wurde man gezwungen seinen Schlüssel an der Rezeption abzugeben. Das fand ich sehr befremdlich und hat mir kein gutes Gefühl gegeben. Unter den genannten Aspekten würde ich nicht nochmal dieses Hotel buchen.

Habitacion y cuarto de baño minúsculo, por lo menos todo limpio. Personal bien y atentos. El desayuno bastante escaso. Lo bueno es que es céntrico, igual por eso sigue teniendo clientes.

Helpful and friendly staff. Great location

De locatie in het centrum is super. Kamer is schoon en netjes. Badkamer klein maar voldoet prima. Matrassen liggen niet helemaal lekker, toch goed geslapen. Helaas maar 1 stopkontakt in de kamer. Ontbijt prima voor de prijs. 24uurs receptie heel fijn als je laat aankomt en altijd een vriendelijke groet bij binnenkomst/vertrek. Bagage opslag ook erg fijn.

This hotel, was very convenient in regards to getting around the city. Only an 8 min walk from the metro station. But unfortunately the hotel it’s self was very run down, the single room I was put in, wasn’t even in the photos on the website, and I can see why. 😅 It’s tiny, and not in the best condition, could definitely do with being updated, with the decor and maintenance of the building. This hotel had a lift, and The staff were very friendly.

Buona posizione, personale gentile e disponibile, peccato solo che la camera era molto piccola.... Tutto sommato, rispecchia il prezzo pagato.

Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig, für einen Städtetrip geeignet. Sehr kleines Zimmer. Sehr höfliches Personal. Wlan funktionierte immer nur sehr sehr schlecht.
