酒店位置十分接近Atocha車站，在那裡住了三晚，初到酒店時一名女職員提供了一間低層較舊的房間，由於在一樓及臨街的關係，整晚都聽到外面的噪音，翌日得到一名男職員的幫忙，立即轉到較高層及剛翻新的房間，很感謝這位ALEJANDRO的幫忙！各位要留意酒店有新舊不同的客房。 The hotel's location is very close to the Atocha station, I lived there for three nights, a female staff provided a low and older room for me, I can heard the noise outside whole the night, the next day, obtained the help from a male staff, his name is ALEJANDRO, he helped me to change my room to a higher and cleanly level immediately, thanks so much!

The hotel is cheap and the overall quality is good. The only problem is that WIFI is not working so well. Sometimes, I just could not connect for the whole night.

房間很乾淨，而且有窗戶可以看到街景。距離巴士站很近，離地鐵站也不遠，交通位置方便，週遭有餐廳和小型便利商店，生活機能方便。可惜的是網路連不上，櫃檯說是因為頻寬不足，建議飯店改進一下，因為住了4天都沒有網路可用。除此之外一切滿意。

房間比想像中大，且有陽台可以看到市區街景，交通位置及週邊環境都很不錯，可惜的是雖然飯店有free WIFI，但我的手機一直連不上網路。

The location is quite good. The condition and style of decoration is fine. The price is not high. I will strongly recommend it!

El hotel es centrico, hay tiendas y dos supermercados cerca. La habitacion estaba limpia y el aire acondicionado iba genial. El personal hs sido muy amable y atento siempre. Lo unico malo es que la persisna de la habitacion no bajaba bien y que el ascensor era lento y pequeñño

This hotel is in a great location but is very tired otherwise. Bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, could feel the springs. Walls are paper thin, can hear people talking. Shower hose couldn’t lift and lower on the shower rail so couldn’t even put head under to wash hair. Need to give key in to reception when you leave each day which is not a good process. Stated for security but it would just be wise to de-identify so guests could have their own key. Was a horrible musty smell in the room. Would choose somewhere else to stay next time.

You can book this property as a cheap option just to come crash but we probably won't book here again.

La posizione è ottima, peccato che c’erano le cimici del letto che pungono e sono terribilmente fastidiose. Inoltre il filtro del condizionatore era terribilmente sporco e l’aria che emanava era sgradevole.

Für eine Stadtbesichtigung ist das Hotel in sehr guter Lage. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mein Einzelzimmer war sehr klein aber ein sehr gutes Bett. Im Badezimmer auf engstem Raum-Dusche, WC, Waschbecken, Fön, Spiegel und Kosmetik vorhanden. Sehr sauber bei täglicher Reinigung. Telefon und Klimaanlage vorhanden. Das Frühstücksbüffet war für den Preis angemessen.

Terrível! As fotos são completamente diferentes da realidade. Mandamos mensagem com antecedência, para o hotel e nunca não responderam. O quarto era PODRE a cigarro. A banheira entupia sempre, SEMPRE! O chuveiro era quebrado, ficava gotejando alto sempre. Tinha que deixar o chuveiro no chão da banheira, para não fazer barulho. As dependências do hotel estavam fedendo, o elevador é minúsculo e na nossa segunda noite o ar parou de funcionar. Íamos ficar 3 noites em Valencia, mas por conta do hotel ser tão ruim voltamos para Madri após a segunda noite. Se você tiver condições, não fique nesse hotel! É MUITO ruim. Pior canto que me hospedei na minha vida.

De kamer was een veredelde kledingkast zo klein, toilet in de hoek straks tegen de wastafel. Het was er veel te warm geen AC maar een ventilator.
