Staying in this hotel has been somewhat a regular for me and my wife, especially on special occasions. The hotel has that homey feeling to it and never fails to give the feeling of warmth and comfort.

Stayed here on 8-9 Sep 24 for a special occasion as we celebrated babymoon and also a birthday at the same time. I communicated through email prior to the stay with the reservation team Agung and Amertha, which they promptly accommodate the requests and made it personalized for us (thanks to Hanun for decorating the bathroom for us, it was really beautiful). Upon check-in, we were greeted by Ibnu and he granted us early check-in around lunch time (2 PM, waiting around 30 mins). We really like the room, it was spacious and Ibnu really did gave us the best room available as requested prior to the stay with the reservation team (highly recommend room number 101 as there is a terrace, living room, and close to the lobby, lift access, and hotel entrance). The housekeeping did an amazing job for the room cleanliness. The rooftop bar was spectacular (360 view city skyline) and all the staffs there were really kind. The next day for breakfast, Rara gave us another cake and a note with our polaroid pictures which we highly appreciate. Upon check out, we were greeted with Nancy (if I'm not mistaken), she ensured us whether we enjoyed our stay, and we sure did. Just a slight input in breakfast, please increase the variety, quality, and taste of the food as it was rather standard, not exceptional in comparison with the other hotel brands (though a la carte options were nice). All the names mentioned in this review, they really did an amazing, above and beyond job, keep it up! Also thanks for all the staffs and all the team we encountered, we appreciate all your hospitality and we look forward to coming back to the hotel with our +1 😊 definitely recommend the hotel for people with special occasions or weekend gateaway

Classic colonial themed hotel. Felt more like a house than a hotel. Room is clean. Hospitality is very commendable. Service is more personal. Breakfast ala carte variety could be improved.

I was very impressed with the excellent service provided by all the staff and management who were so professional and skilled, the room was very clean and very comfortable, I will be back later for my next visit.

Nyaman banget dan suka banget sih gw staycation di sini. Lokasinya memang agak ke dalam begitu, tapi justru ini yang buat gw seneng. Patokanya deket stasiun Cikini. Untuk area parkir lumayan cukup, ada di basement hotel dan ada akses langsung ke lobby pakai lift. Dari area lobby uda kelihatan mewahnya hotel ini sampai ke lorong arah kamar. Untuk fasilitas kamarnya (tipe suite):- TV.- AC.- wifi.- mini kulkas.- meja setrika + setrika.- living room.- sofa.- mineral water.- bathtub.- box safety deposit.- water heater.- toileters.- bed cover.- bantal.- meja kerja. Untuk fasilitas yang ada di hotel:- Restaurant.- swimming pool.- gym.- care rooftop (La Vue) La Vue ini juara banget sih buat quality time, view city nya juara banget apalagi kalau malam, wajib ke sini ya guys. Untuk semua pelayanan dari staff hotel ramah semua. Someday pasti bakal balik ke sini lagi.

Quality of services, staff-staffnya semua helpful dan friendly; Kamarnya sangat nyaman buat family dengan teens kid seperti kami. Lokasi ok di area legendaris jakarta (menteng).

2 nights stay for birthday and wedding anniversary gateaway. Satisfied with the service, bedroom & bathroom is spacious. Food for breakfast 8/10. You can also have lunch or dinner near the pool or chill at the rooftop with city view.

Minta trolly untuk check out dari jam 11.00, sampai jam 11.45 belum datang tapi dari jam 11.30 sudah di telfon diminta check out. Terganggu dengan acara yang diadakan. Staff tidak memiliki kecakapan untuk menghandle tamu yang menginap saat ada acara berlangsung di hotel ini. Staff tidak mencerminkan 5stars. 5stars is just a tittle. Tidak saya rekomendasikan untuk weekend, karena pasti ramai akan acara-acara whatever, sedangkan lobby hotel sempit. Saya menunggu valet sambil bediri di depan lobby. Thank you.
