There was no clear instruction that no one will be in the office after 6 PM. I arrived around 6:15 PM and no one is there. I call the 5 phone numbers on the office door and no one is picking up. After help from a resident and neighbor. I finally got a hold of one of the officers and finally got in. Other than this, the room is great and clean.

酒店门口有公车站 离地铁站也比较近，算是交通便利，另外在伦敦来说性价比也很高，缺点是在南伦敦，离市区比较远，到市区要坐二三十分钟的公车。

the room size is very nice, kitchen is very nice, the staffs is quite good, but there was no air conditioner

Det var så fruktansvärt varmt på rummet. Det fanns en gammal golvfläkt men den var så högljud så gick inte att ha den igång när man skulle sova. Lite svårt att förbise det. Det var också väldigt lyhört. Någon rumsgranne som lät rätt så mycket på natten.

Place was really nice and comfortable! The place had a good powerful fan, otherwise it was a bit warm. Our room had noise from the road but the windows insulated from that decently. They allowed me to check in early at 12:00 but they charged me for it 20pounds.

there was a problem which they resolved immediately, that is very good.

Cute little roof space flat, no view but the apartment had all I needed. I shall double bed, kitchenette and shower. Quiet and secure.

Property is super clean. If arriving before or after office hours, instructions are sent on how to access the room. Do not expect service or someone at front desk outside of these hours. For the value and location however, I would recommend - especially for one person.

Is okay

Lovely room, with everything you need. Nasty stains noticed on stair carpet. One was a large bleach stain and the other looked as if someone had vomited. Otherwise would return. Staff friendly, handy location and rooms clean and good size.

Overall v good for price. Room was small but nice. Wel equipped and clean. Not the newest fixtures etc but reasonably good value. Staff friendly and helpful.

Had a terrible nights sleep with people shouting in the corridor between 12-2am. Tried to text the owner as was concerned but no reply. Won’t be staying again unfortunately. It’s a shame as the room was nice... haven’t had a reply still to date to apologise from them. Poor overall. As a professional female, I would not recommend this property on that basis.
