Karena kami mendapatkan kamar di lantai semi basement, dimana cahaya matahari tertutup sebagian beton lantai luar. Sehingga saya merasa kurang fresh berada di dalam kamar. Saya kira kalau kamar berada dilantai atas akan lebih menyenangkan. Tiang beton yang berada di tengah-tengah ruangan sangat mengganggu. secara design yang kurang diperhatikan. channel TV yang tidak clear, Banyak yang buram.

Beautiful room but really need sound proof, especially in the early morning we can hear busy housekeeping and their trolley etc.

My oasis and favourite hotel in BKK. Staff are amazing, K.Leug in particular always remembers my name and welcomes me. All staff are very attentive and friendly. Rooms are clean, with nice touches, great showers! Great location and pool is lovely. I love the whole vibe of this hotel.

Thái độ nhân viên tiếp tân rất mạnh mẽ và lớn tiếng khi có yêu cầu từ khách hàng. Giải thích lớn tiếng và căng thẳng. Khách sạn sẵn sàng phạt dưới mọi hình thức. Kể cả ra giường dơ cũng phạt. Không lẽ ngủ là phải hết sức cẩn thận không cho dơ? Nhân viên sẵn sàng nói thẳng là cần thêm chi phí giặt ra. Chưa bao giờ đến khách sạn nào có thái độ như vầy, kể cả nhà nghỉ 2 sao. Rất thích sự sạch sẽ đẹp dễ của khách sạn nhưng rất thất vọng về dịch vụ. Làm mất hứng thú của kỳ nghỉ.
