Excellent location and with good breakfast

It's my second time to Italy Florence, this hotel is quite special when we enter Everything here are all not bad, just the entrance is a bit tricky to us The service is nice, breakfast is OK, the beds are ok

close to main train station， very convenient. As we arrived late at night, it's a bit difficult to find. But easy to go again at the next day in the morning. Provided that the hotel fee is not high, it's still worthwhile to book room at this hotel. The room is a bit small and the towels with some smell. Breakfast is not impressive, but the staff here is very helpful.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds, very helpful service and good breakfast. Nice historical building, although need to climb several steps before reach the elevator. Wifi need to be improved, can't use in room.

Good location, walkable to all sight seeing. Do not need a vehicle. Good breakfast. Air conditioning worked. Elevator to our floor. Hotel clerk was awesome. Wish I had written down his name. He helped us a lot the night of check in. We arrived after midnight. I would recommend the hotel put up a larger address number on the door. Didn’t realize it was the entrance to the hotel for a few minutes.

Clean and close to everything. We left early the last day and they put together a to go breakfast. Would recommend!

Lovely staff, very helpful. The hotel was in a good location, very central but also quiet.

Sauberes Zimmer, nettes Personal, sehr gute Innenstadtlage, leider hat die Heizung im Zimmer nicht so gut gewärmt. Beim Frühstück wäre ein wenig Gemüse, wie mal Gurken oder Tomaten sehr nett.

I love this location! The room was perfect and every staff member was lovely and helpful. The breakfast was also very good with a lot of choices. This is my favorite place to stay in Florence.

Good spacious room and nice breakfast options offered. The staff were no the friendliest. Locked out of the hotel late at night and after 20 minutes eventually someone answered the phone and opened the gate to let us in. The location of the hotel is perfect.
