Café da manhã bem fraco, sem oferta de comidas regionais. O pão é bom e tem frutas.

HABITACIÓN CON MOHO, FALTA AGUA PARA BAÑARSE, EL SEÑOR DE LA RECEPCIÓN ES GROSERO, EL WIFI NO FUNCIONA, EL DESAYUNO ES PÉSIMO, LAS TOALLAS SON EXTREMADAMENTE DELGADAS Y ÁSPERAS, EL DESAGÜE DEL LAVAMANOS DEL BAÑO HUELE MAL, LA ESTRUCTURA DEL HOTEL PARECE VIEJA, LA RECEPCIÓN TIENE UN OLOR ASFIXIANTE A ALGUNA HIERBA (CREO QUE EUCALIPTO), UNA DE LAS HABITACIONES EN LAS QUE NOS QUEDAMOS OLÍA A HUMO DE CIGARRO, ELLOS DICEN QUE TIENEN PLANCHA, PERO NO TIENEN. SI QUIERES ROPA PLANCHADA HAY QUE PAGAR UNA TARIFA Y SOLO FUNCIONA A PARTIR DE LAS 8h. NO HAY ASCENSOR Y LOS PELDAÑOS DE LAS ESCALERAS SON IRREGULARES Y RESBALADIZOS. NO CAIGAN EN ESTA TRAMPA. DIARIA CARA, SERVICIO PÉSIMO. LO ÚNICO QUE VALE LA PENA ES LA ATENCIÓN DEL PERSONAL QUE TRABAJA EN EL ARREGLO DE LAS HABITACIONES, EN LA LIMPIEZA Y EN EL DESAYUNO.

The medium sized hotel have a traditional lay out and nice authentic vibe. Its 10 minutes walk from the Larcomar and the ocean. Our rooms were on the 1st floor, rolling bags were easy, but if you positioned on the 3d floor - get ready to walk stairs. There are no mini-fridge or microwave in the room; there is a safe and TV. The ceiling is high, the bathroom/rooms are spacious, water is the shower is hot, beds are comfortable. Simple buffet breakfast served on the patio in the nice courtyard. The service is very fast and professional. The hotel is clean, safe, sufficient. I only wish the coffee was more hot on the chilly morning, but it's my personal preferences.

Muy bien ubicada y limpia la habitación

Hotel mais antigo, com ótima localização. Perto de casas de cambio,mercado, farmácia, restaurante, shopping e todo tipo de comércio. Funcionários muito prestativos e café da manha bom. Chuveiro muito bom. Cama boa e no geral para uma estadia curta como tivemos foi ótimo

Good place, friendly and close to everything. No heater or blankets thou. Great breakfast except noisy American women jaja

Buena localización. Las habitaciones son bastante viejas y los baños no son lo mejor, es necesario remodelación. Buen desayuno incluido, cerca de todo y el staff es bastante atento.

Excelente propiedad. Poco acceso en rampa o un primer piso. Muchas escaleras para todo. Si tiene problemas de movilidad no lo recomiendo. De no ser así pues está bien el Hotel.

HICIMOS UNA RESERVA DE 5 DIAS Y DEJAMOS MALETAS, AL REGRESAR DE CUSCO, FALLO EL SISTEMA Y NO ENCONTRABAN NUESTRA RESERVACION, CREO QUE PUEDEN MEJORAR LA COMUNICACION INTERNA. PERO EN GENERAL ME PARECE UN EXCELENTE ALOJAMIENTO, JUSTO ATRAS DEL JR MARRIOT.
