I like everything

This is not even a motel 6 no more.

Sketchy neighborhood, people talking up and down the hall all night. Floor was filthy. Several bugs and flies in the room. AC wasn’t working for over 24 hours and front desk blatantly lied about it. Attempt to reach out to corporate was met with generic chat gpt apology letter.

Good hotel at a good price.

Easy parking

There was a room in the floor above us where several people seemed to be staying in one single room and you could hear quiet a bot of noise in the ceiling.

I kept thinking there were bugs crawling or biting but my partner said it was just scratchy sheets. A group of adults and at least 2 children, one crying, were outside the room talking until about 1 a.m. and the walls are very thin.

Check in was not pleasant. Office was closed so had to check in through security window. It’s located in room with vending machines and ice machine. No A/C in the room. Was 112 degrees that day. Remote for the TV did not work for the 3 night stay. Had to get the room key updated every night after work. Pain since I was carrying my dinner and work stuff. Was not offered a final bill upon checkout.

Ac was Broken in 100+ temps. When it was working it sucked. Bugs in the room.

Ac went out multiple times on our three day stay and the weather was over 110. The phone didn’t work in the room, the floors were sticky and dirty upon arrival, there were guests being loud and swimming in the pool at 4am, roaches and spiders crawling around making me feel weary of what’s crawling into my bags and coming home with me. Wouldn’t choose this location again!!

Hotel was very clean, enjoyed a nice swim in the clean pool.

The a/c was not working

First and last time that i stay at this motel. The area had a lot of homeless and sketchy people around the facility definitely didn't feel safe at all. The AC stopped working for 2 days in a row for a period of 4-6 hours, mind you it was 113 on the hottest day. The front desk staff was not helpful or understanding at all. When i asked how they were going to accommodate us, maybe give a discount or reimburse for the trouble, their answer was "well you don't have to stay here, you can check out" We were in town for a softball tournament and hotels and rooms were limited. The room was not completely cleaned when we checked in, trash cans had no liners, there were dirty towels under the sink and the shower was dirty. We never sleep with hotel sheets we always bring our own and sleep on top of them after disinfecting. We found a lot of little bugs under the blankets and sheets and fleas in the room. The housekeeping staff was very friendly when we ran into them in the hallway but didn't leave any toilet paper when cleaning the room, good thing i always carry wipes. Never staying here again!

This place is more like a cracktown type of place. There are bugs inside the rooms, the rooms are hot. Floors are sticky. Bathrooms are really tiny & dirty. Shower curtain rods are rusty.

Area of town not the best Some neighbors less than reputable. Close to freeway. Easy off and on.

We couldn’t check in until 4:15pm cause room wasn’t ready due too cleaning.

Service desk was under staffed during a softball tournament weekend that is on the calendar every year

The receptionist didn’t know what was going on. They let someone book the room we were in at 3:30 am while we were sleeping. The other guest unlocked our door and tried to come in screaming three times saying that was their room. They attempted to barge in several times meanwhile screaming outside our door for several minutes. Good thing we had the security lock on so they couldn’t open the door the entire way. They kept sticking their hand in the door and banging on the window. The simple sorry they gave at the front desk isn’t enough to cover the mistake they made and the scare we had in the middle of the night. Meanwhile the security that was there when we checked in was nowhere to be found during all this.
