清洁比较差，厕所老是有潮湿的味道。早餐很差，都是素食。对于我这种食肉动物是灾难

A localização e boa, porem os quartos você escuta absolutamente tudo que se passa no quarto ao lado, o barulho da rua também incomoda. Os banheiros com mofo no azulejo e café da manha com pouca oferta de alimentos. Não recomendo, principalmente com criança.

This is our second time this year that we stayed @ Gema Luxury Hotel and are very happy with our stay. Everyone from the front desk & housekeeping personnel are very attentive and willing to help and make your stay a comfortable one. Will definitely come back.

Our staying was amazing. We stayed in a 4 beds room. Very spacious and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable as well. The staff was very kind and always very helpful. The hotel is very well located, close to the beach and many shops around.

Average hotel well located in Montevideo safest area. Expect a 2 1/2 stars facility eith small rooms which need heavy maintenance. I only stayed for the convenient location.

Não sei bem se é um hotel. Ficamos na dúvida se era hotel ou um flat. A limpeza deixa muito a desejar. Não tem café da manhã e o que eles servem é muito caro e não tem opção de nada. Não acho que voltaria lá.

Good hotel, very practical and comfortable. I stayed alone, the room was very spacious and had a terrace for sunbathing. Good Wi-Fi and close to many restaurants, points of interest and the Rambla. The hotel staff is lovely and the gentleman at the reception, I think his name is Andres, very professional and helpful. I would go back without hesitation and thank very much for everything. It was a short visit. Very good price. Good size apartment. Beautiful area. Quiet. Several parks across the street. Major soccer team Club nearby. Beach blocks away. Easy to book, front desk friendly

Very friendly staff! Thee front guest helped me locate my lost phone that was found by a stranger on the beach. The cleaning staff were very kind and gracious. Great location and very comfortable beds

Achei um ótimo custo benefício, e a localização é muito boa.

Muito boa localização, e muito confortável, banheiro limpo os atendentes muito cordiais, não pude avaliar o café da manhã, pois tive que sair muito cedo.

Cheiro muito forte no hall de entrada do hotel

Huone on mukava ja iso. Sänky on myös mukava, vaikka peitto oli rikki. Kylpyhuone oli myös hyvä . Kun saavuimme ja saimme huoneen, siellä ei ollut kylpypyyhkeitä, jotka saimme vasta klo 17! Muutenkin pyyhkeet eivät olleet kovin hyviä. Keittiönurkkaus oli hyvä, vaikka viimeisinä päivänä oli viemarinhajua. Huoneisto on 3 eikä 4 tähden. Kaiken kaikkiaan kuitenkin ihan hyvä vaihtoehto . Hinta - laatu suhde hyvä.
