Add money for no reason

The room had a very bad and disturbing smell. When I parked my car and tried to move my luggage into the room, I saw my neighbor from the next room come out, she was a prostitute (I'm sorry to call her that, but her private parts were barely covered). When I entered the room, I found that the bathroom light was not working! This was a very bad stay!

The smells of the room were bad upon arrival. The shower was not working properly.

The room only had 2 outlets (one by the sink in the bathroom area and one under the TV) - none by the bed which is very inconvenient. The shower was multicolored (white, beige, etc) due to age and wear and only had a fabric shower curtain (i.e., no liner). This led to water pooling outside of the shower on the floor and there were limited towels provided so it was difficult to soak it all up. I booked here based on the recent reviews which were very good but I wouldn't rate it highly. It was ok if you are looking for somewhere to stay for one night and won't have much time in the room, but would recommend going somewhere else if you want more than the VERY basic room with significant limitations.

Room was not swept or mopped crumbs and dirty on the floor. Toilet cover did not even cover or fit the toilet tank. Tube was filling up with water as you shower stopper was clog and not unscrewing to unclog. No room service was offered.

Everything went well!!

It was ok. Not what I expected. I didn't sleep well at all, due to the people above us. I thought I reserved a room that faced the pool. Considering the main reason I was there was going to a church I've been wanting to go to, I just needed a bed. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone though 😞.
