女店主很有善,很好, 可提早入住, 房十分好, 位置很方便, 我們4人很滿意, 但到入住第3天早上,已用完提供的第一卷 厠紙,及仍未收到wifi 密碼, 打電話問,男店主接電話, 態度很凶,叫我們自己買, 及說我們不懂他們的文化, 當天是假期, 暫不能安排wifi 密碼, 感覺很失望, 後來不夠半小時, 經門給wifi 密碼文件,好以要先上網登入, 因沒有wifi 及不太懂用,沒有用, 另 4人住5天只提供1卷厠紙, 真的不夠用, 若能提供兩卷, 便完美了 本人第一次租這類房, 不大懂他們文化及要求

房間有點潮濕。廚房的抽油煙機不太有用，煮東西後整間房子的味道都散不掉。地點還不錯。網路為限制流量。客廳有冷氣，但房間沒有冷氣只有電風扇。

A great property for a family of four. Perfectly clean and great facilities (oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine AND dryer). Nice little pool area with hot tub and bbq area. Superb little place walkable from the main centre.

Close to shops and CBD of surfers paradise, heated spa not full pool, and no elevator. Very little english speaking staff, once settled into apartment was good. Low water pressure but had washing machine and dryer.

The place was full of mold, dirt slime and grime and floors walls etc

Inside is old style but clean. The checkin process was not ideal. There was no response for 53 minutes whilst the family and I waited on the footpath. The number on the building isn’t connected and the one that works wasn’t getting answered. The pool looked good in the advert but u get here and it’s empty and non useable

The only issue was there was no elevator. Had to climb 3 flights of stairs with luggage.

The property is in a great location and the grounds are neatly maintained. We had a great view overlooking the river, pool and city views.

Cheap. Not the cleanest and a bit run down but priced accordingly.

Property wasn’t clean, no dish cloth available to hand wash the dishes or wipe benches down also no bench spray, no hand soap in kitchen or bathroom, no shampoo or conditioner supplied only a tiny bottle of body wash, kitchen tap constantly leaked, shower leaked when showering so the whole vanity got wet as well- my straighter got wet! Beds are hard as a rock, some of the dining room chairs looked like they are ready to break, dishes weren’t cleaned properly. The managers were nice enough to message me where my keys were going to be and to enjoy my stay, they did come at night when I texted them to let them know about the kitchen sink leaking to let me know that they have told the plumbers but they can’t come any time soon.

Stay was perfect in all ways, easy distance walking to beach, good view out the balcony, wonderfully polite and nice owner/manager people, clean and well kept property and rooms, off street parking that felt safe.

Close to shopping and dining - reasonably priced, Fan did not work in main bedroom, was unable to scan key at last door to enter stairwell. Instead had to walk back to front gate, use garage entry and then found door from garage to stairwell had been left wedged open. Baby bottle not removed from lower drawer in kitchen from previous occupant.

The property was clean. But there was no closet space available in any room. They were market as “private property”. There was also no blankets available. Check in was a horrible experience. There was no instructions in the reservation, the phone number didn’t work and there was no signage pointing where to go on site.

Room was a good size. Nice and quiet and family friendly

The property itself was great and suited our needs it just doesn’t have the greatest surroundings. Didn’t feel comfortable walking after dinner.
