Check-in was fine except I didn't notice that there was a deposit that I had to do. the room was hot and stuffy when I first got in, so I had to leave the door open for a bit. The only real problem I could see was that there was no ice machine on property and no response when I rang the bell to check out. so I don't know if I got my deposit back.

The room was extremely dirty, the bedding were unwashed, towels were extremely stained, walls had patches of unfinished painting, floors were sticky! A lot of hair inside the refrigerator, sink and bathtub, stains all over the microwave and refrigerator, remote was missing, toilet made noise throughout the stay. It was pricey for the 2 nights for the extreme dirtiness.

Clean, Staff is nice

Overall bathroom and as a mess room didn’t have any towels outlets didn’t work light wasn’t working ac wasn’t working will never stay here again!

The manager didn't bother us till way past check out everything was clean with no violations of privacy

Walked into a giant puddle in the middle of the room. The AC had been leaking. There were no towels at all. Then had to wait until 3pm for housekeeping to arrive before we could get any towels. The strangest part of the room was that the toilet seat didn't fit the bowl. There was a two inch gap between the bowl and the seat. Men be careful if you know what i mean

Omg that guy in the check in was super slow and had the worst attitude i hope we never run into him again ever he was the worst

The only complaint is that I had to wait for my room for about 45-50 minutes. I get that I had just or

Our room & service were okay. However, the hotel itself is not taken care of. There’s trash everywhere, broken windows, prostitutes walking around with little to no clothing & unsavory individuals that watch your every move in a very unnerving manner. In short, I’d never stay here again & would choose almost anywhere else to stay.

I hardly leave reviews but this place seemed a lot nicer in the photos. So first off right when we were parking a few sketchy characters and cars were driving around in the parking lot. As we were turning to go to our room there was a few people who seemed to be shooting up some type of drugs. We could’ve fitet

Was going for a graduation and it was a mistake not to investigate it prior. Felt unsafe

I booked this hotel because it was the only one near a work event, and I didn’t want to drive. I saw the reviews saying it wasn’t clean, but what seemed to be genuine concern from the hotel in responses let me hope they were working on it. No. Just no. The room was very dirty. Some crusty stuff all over the curtains. Ketchup (?) and other mystery goo dried on the nightstand. Something spilled and left to dry sticky on the headboard, which has been collecting dust for what looks like a very long time. The towels were horribly stained. There were only two bath towels in there room, no washcloth, hand towel, or bath mat.

The property's right next to the freeway. Good luck getting any sleep. Check-in process took forever. No one's in any rush to help you. The first room we were given was dirty. There were dried blood flakes, hair, and dust all over the bed. The towels were stained. There was no toilet paper, not even the bar to hold it in place. And it reeked of smoke. It also wasn't the room we booked. The room we booked came with a fridge and microwave, which the first room didn't have. We went back down to ask for a different room, and the clerk had an attitude, like he didn't believe us. We got assigned to the correct room, which was cleaner. Toilet paper roll hadn't been replaced, but at least we had toilet paper. Towels reeked of vinegar and were stained. Room reeked of feet and old shoes. There were no coffee pods or cups for the coffee maker. The worst part was probably finding old, dirty, used clothes in the drawers.

There were cockroches in the room, no one was in front desk when I needed help. There were stains on the bedding and towels. The room smelled of cigarette. Overall a terrible experience.

Dirty, not handicap accessible, unsafe area. Don't recommend at all!!

The towels and sheets were stained. I found garbage on the couch under the throw cushion, and there was black hair on the walls of the shower and stains on the floor and doors. The hotel only provided a sheet, a thin bedspread, and two towels. I was very cold at night due to lack of bedding. The room did not have a deadbolt, and I did not feel safe. The freeway noise was thunderous. Definitely not worth the price.

This room should half the price..very run down and not very clean
