Great facilities and excellent breakfast

What great little place. Very peaceful and the host was so kind and friendly. Our double room was very tastefully decorated and so comfortable and pleasant. Breakfast is 5*. My first impressions when I drove up was that it could do with a lick of paint and a freshen up..but take that away and I will definitely be back. A great stay. Thank You

Property is close to ferry terminal and within easy walking distance to an excellent pub. Room was clean and a good size for ud.

Great experience. The hotel is clean and very well kept. The room was clean and tidy, spacious bathroom and shower. We enjoyed the breakfast and the hospitality. We liked the location close to the sea and there are plenty restaurants near by. Comfortable parking just in front of the hotel. Would recommend and we would definitely come back if we happen to book something around Belfast again.

Amazing staff - so helpful. Nice clean and affordable. Heated towel rack, bottled water, easy walk from train station, great breakfast!

My favourite stay of my whole vacation. Beautiful location. Easy to find. The nicest lady on the planet running it. Rooms are super clean and comfortable. And breakfast is amazing. Can’t recommend this enough.

We needed somewhere close to ferry terminal to catch early ferry next day. This was most convenient, providing everything we needed. (Can recommend nearby Olderfleet Pub for a good evening meal). When we told our hostess that we would have to leave before breakfast, she graciously offered to make us breakfast, including scrambled eggs, at 6.30.

Our stay was excellent. The host was very helpful. The room was cozy with a nice new bathroom. The breakfast was delicious. Walking distance to the train station into Belfast.

loved this hotel the staff are terrific although my room didnt have an ‘ocean view’ i was able to see the boatyard and watched a cruise ship leaving the port at night

Lovely room - simple elegant furnishings. Quiet. Comfortable bed, coffee/tea makings and cookies. Very good cooked breakfast (cold also available). Ten-minute walk to center of town.

The host was very welcoming and helpful. She provided us with an early continental breakfast at 6.30 in time for the early ferry The b&b was clean and comfortable and right beside the ferry port

Carol was an amazing host and had a wonderful home that she welcomed us into. The room was comfortable and made for a great first stop after an overnight flight. Breakfast each day was awesome and full of options! It’s also incredibly convenient to the ferry that takes you to Cairnyarn, Scotland. Highly recommended. Parking is a bit limited but not uncommon in areas like this. Just find a space and avoid the double yellow lines!
