Best hotel I stay in bed was amazing

Very enjoyable stay, spacious and well presented rooms. Few small issues with maintenance were reported and solved quickly. Housekeeping issues were not resolved during stay. Beautiful breakfast. Very welcoming reception and concierge team.

Lovely stay at this hotel for 5th time ! Lovely room. Ate in Stanley’s bar & grill from the main menu. Had the coley fish dish which was one of the tastiest meals we’ve had in a while ! Would highly recommend!

Stylish hotel , super hotel with great staff. Everything about our stay was great. Loved the spacious room , loved the breakfast and evening meal. Spa very nice, would definitely come back.

Clean room, amazing staff, gluten free breakfast and a gf full english made on requested. Spa was lovely and relaxing, kept clean and workers always there to help. Room service for anything is very quick.

Amazing hotel to stay in. Well worth the money and will definitely be stopping again. Simple to find and park. I travel and stay in hotels all around the UK on business so have a good idea for value for money, and on deciding to pick this hotel for a leisure break to Liverpool, I was not disappointed in any way - 10/10

Nice, large room in a historic building. Very walkable to the main waterfront area. The restaurant was excellent.

Huge rooms. Huge bathrooms. Very characterful Busy bar Great gym and spa Located a little away from the action but less then a tenner in an uber to the central areas I will stay here for my next visit

What a lovely hotel, we will definitely be back. From the time we arrived we found staff eager to help and were very friendly. Our room was huge (and we were staying in the smallest type available) and the bathroom was amazing with the rain shower and the his & her sinks. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, highly recommended.

Excellent hotel , the subterranean spa makes it even more special. I tend to enquire about spa access and availability BEFORE booking a room to ensure we get to use the facilities during our stay . That’s just what I would recommend
