Hotel is in a gated section where many hotels are located with direct walking and shuttle access to Mont St Michel. You have to pay for the parking (but anyone who visits Mont St Michel has to pay for parking). A simple and very clean yet dated/worn hotel with basic amenities. Staff are warm and friendly. I slept great and was able to walk to the bridge that accesses Mont St Michel (about 30 minutes to the island itself). There are many dining options within a few minutes walk.

Everything about this hotel was excellent ! The staff were very nice (Merci, Monsieur, for giving me the compliment about my français ;), the room was clean (I really appreciated the bathtub !), and right next to the stop of the free shuttle ! Oh , and the restaurant, Le Salicorne was pretty good too ! Merci pour tout

Lovely hotel, very clean and well presented. Staff were friendly and helpful. Easy to get to, lots of parking, and only a few minutes walk from the causeway bridge. Not sure what all the cows are about.... But I would definitely reccomend this hotel.

The only fall back is that you have to climb stairs to the rooms above. The breakfast, bed,room and staff were all wonderful and the location could not be better :-)

Absolutely nothing wrong with this place but nothing spectacular either. The location is great. The rooms are good, clean and decently sized. The hotel is a little dated but not bad. Bathroom was nice. I almost had a nice view of Mont St Michel from window but there were trees blocking the view. So close!

It's close to Mont Saint-Michel and restaurants. Thr property is clean. Staff are nice and friendly.

Its ok, room for improvement though, wasn't worth the money we paid, but your paying for the location and not the comfort you desire. Bathrooms are small and doesn't cater for disabled guests. Could have done with a vending machine in the lobby. Breakfast was continental and had a verity to choose from which was good

Needs upgrade specially rugs. Breakfast needs more variety.

Not as the photos portray, outside looks good , inside is just awful from the carpet all the way through. I don’t think it’s been cleaned since the day it was laid. The check in was horrible, the person was unpleasant and gave us no information re going in and out of the boom gate. Very sour look on her face through the whole time. This lead to constant issues, as we had to go out constantly for my husband to organise the parachute jump for St. Michael’s Day and was told they’re not responsible, go to the tourist office. Couldn’t care less about our frustrations and the system was in place for over two years, but they don’t know !!!???? Shocking internet connection, mine intermittent and my husband has none at all for over two days. Another thing they didn’t care less about. Too expensive for what it is

Check in was pitiful, staff next to no english, poor attitude - if they don't like their job maybe look for another, ZERO information given on check in and had problems with driving through the gate constantly, asked the staff and they didn't know anything about it apparently despite it being in place for over 2 years, told us to go to tourist information, carpets were filthy and have probably not been cleaned since it was built. No internet for 2 days.

Our room was very basic (bed, small bathroom, small armoire) but the room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful and it was in a great location for visiting Mont Saint Michel. I recommend it!

Clean. Excellent English speaking staff. Definitely would stay there again.

Very clean and spacious. Amazing water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was good and included everything possible. Easy to walk to mont st-michel from there.
