The hotel staff are all nice, they always have ready smiles to the guests. My daughter appreciate the pool view from our room.It made her very excited to go swimming. My daughter left her shoes and they immediately give me a call. Appreciate all that you did. definitely be back again..thank you

Hotel Shuttle It was my first time in Naga and opted to stay in Avenue Plaza. Upon arriving in the airport, there was a service waiting from the hotel - while not waiting specifically for us - I was pleasantly surprised to know that Avenue sends a shuttle to wait for possible guests. The drivers they had were really nice and described Naga to us. They also helped us find our way to the market and talked about landmarks - free tour guide! They will also ask when you're leaving so they could drive you back to the airport for your flight but I didn't need to do this as my flight out was in Legaspi. Hotel Service Upon arrival we were greeted warmly and given blue lemonade! Paperwork was handled quickly. Hotel staff discussed the amenities of the hotel and also talked inquired on our itinerary. They were very friendly and also went above and beyond to make the trip as comfortable as possible. Hotel, Gym, Pool Hotel is actually better in person than in photos. Was surprised at how big the hotel is. I think the hotel gym is new and was also surprised that it's a 3 storey gym with sauna. The gym staff there were very accommodating as well. They have a giant pool but I didn't get to try that as I arrived Sunday afternoon (pool closes at 6 I think on Sundays) and had to go to somewhere else in Naga.

We had a great experience despite our short stay and it was a great value for money. It added our appreciation of Naga City given, it was our first time. I would highly recommend The Avenue Plaza Hotel and we will definitely stay here if we are to go back.
