There were some cockroaches in the bedroom and no toiletries even a tissue. And there was no internet the last night I was there and that time I had a very important meeting and interview through Zoom but I wasn't able to make it even though I complained three times that there is no internet to find in my wifi menu. Anyway, I also thought I would stay in a room that has a terrace or balcony because that appeared or was written in my voucher or the time I booked a hotel.

I expected there was a balcony in my room as shown in the picture but there is none. Overall its nice and clean.

The service staff were accommodating and always ready to extend their hands especially in carrying our heavy luggages. I appreciate their effort. In terms of hotel comfort, their head pillows were quite thick and bulky we suffered neck pain the next day. Also the bathroom has only little space to shower with no hygiene kit as well as drinking water provided.

No free bathroom kits were given as stated. We were not relaxed during our stay at all because the building walls were not good enough to shield the traffic and construction noises from outside.

It was clean and comfortable. Easy booking and check-in.

I was late check in at 8pm. Its location easy to find but you must walk around 15 minutes from manila women university. Staffs are friendly and helpful. You must deposit 1000 php, but because of my money not enough I gage 500php for deposit. This location 900m from paco park and around 1km to manila bay. At the afternoon this area is crowd, but quiet at night. They don't give mineral water because they say go green.

Wifi is awesome! Staff are very helpful, friendly and nice. Room is clean and I love the kettle. Even in their standard room there's a kettle every room and a cup. Also they have Bible every room so it was so easy to grab it early in the morning than to unpack my stuff and get mine. Walking distance of all the places that I needed to go. I love the place. affordable price and a great place to stay in Manila.

Satisfied and happy. it's clean and affordable. Pleasant and friendly staff. I will book next time when I will be travelling here in Manila.

Aircondition not good. We need to sleep on the floor near at the airconditioner.
