地址位置好，离繁华的主街就隔一条马路，但是又很安静。洗澡水大，但是水温不是很热，要先开一段时间再有热水，估计管道比较长。 不足之处：没用空调，冷暖气都没有，我们是2月份到的，一条被子有点不够，还好我们是选了家庭房，有一个床是不睡得，正好被子拿来用，不然会冷。另外酒店早餐要去集团的另一家酒店吃，不过步行不远，大概3分钟就到了。吃的东西还不错。 工作人员会英语，24小时值班的，还帮忙叫了去大巴站的taxi。

Central location. Walk around at leisure in the zeno centro area. Many cafes/restaurants around. Breakfast is at another hotel within walking distance. Our room 27 has 1 double bed upstairs and 1 double bed downstairs. The one downstairs can close the bathroom door to outside traffic or noise from outside, but not the upstairs.

Excelente lugar para disfrutar de la estancia en Guanajuato, la ubicación es excelente, muy céntrica, todo queda muy cerca. El hotel está muy limpio, te da mucha confianza y te sientes seguros. Sus recepcionistas muy atentos y respetuosos, a la disposición de cualquier cosa. El personal que se encarga de la limpieza tmb muy amable, el desayuno bufette es un gran plus porque está delicioso! Sin duda alguna lo vuelvo a recomendar, es la primera vez que visitamos Guanajuato y nos vamos con muy buen sabor de boca. Gracias hotel santa Regina

Nice hotel, excellent staff, breakfast location was a short walk from the hotel, great area in the historic district. The mattresses could use replacing and if your bothered by late night noise, you’ll want to choose a different property.

Good location and great breakfast.

Staff was very friendly, room was clean. Our King room was small but perfect for two people. Although some reviews say the rooms are noisy because of bars, that was not the case with our room which faced the back of the hotel. We were located at the center of everything the city had to offer which made it very easy to walk everywhere. The hotel doesn’t serve breakfast at this location but at another location just about 3-5 minutes walking distance which we didn’t mind since we were ready to start our day exploring the city anyway.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Jesus, at the front desk was amazing. I loved the rooms and the proximity to everything. I have already booked this hotel again in May 2026. If i had one suggestion, it would be to have the breakfast vouchers valid at more than one place.
