because the door, always open I don't know why

Receptionists are all very nice and accommodating. Will attend to your concerns immediately. Location is just right at the stores you would like to go to for good buys like bonjour, sasa, giordano, etc. It is also few steps away to the MTR station. Near 7-11 and restaurants with affordable but good food. Recommended for those who wants a budget hotel that is very accessible to everything. But do not expect a big room as the price is just at it is. Luckily, the receptionist was very nice to us and transferred us to a bigger room at their other hotel (same owners).

Hotelnya dekat sama St. Tsim Tsa Tsui Exit A1. Awalnya kebingungan dimana hotelnya, ternyata letaknya di gedung sebelah 711 di lt. 5. Aku pesan single bed. Kamarnya ya kecil jadi yang bawa koper besar kayaknya akan kesusahan masukin ke kamar dan koper besar bisa ditaruh di lobby. Tapi bersih kok kamarnya. Trus toiletnya juga kecil tapi lucu interior kamar sama toiletnya. Pokonya kamar disini cocok buat yang gak lama-lama di HK dengan bawaan sedikit. Aku kemarin cuma ke HK karena konser jadi baguslah untuk cuma 1-3 hari.

Lokasi strategis, akses ke stasiun kereta dan bis dekat. Ternyata lokasi kamar berbeda dengan titik koordinat yang diberikan di web. Kondisi kamar kurang representatif: AC beberapa kali mati, sprei sempat tidak diganti, air minum tidak diberi. Setelah dikomplain baru diganti.

First of all, my room didn't have remote TV, when I asked the staff at the check-in counter. She showed me very impolite behavior and rudely told me if there was no remote TV, I could see my phone instead. This is unbelievable attitude I have never ever met before. On 25March, I left that hotel early one day, the elevator didn't work. And I had to bring my suitcase down 6 floors. I am completely exhausted and disappointed with this stay. I need a clarification this case, I cannot accept the service like that.

So many little cockroaches in the room

Hotel berada di tengah kota dan mudah diakses tapi kamar terlalu kecil dan kurang bersih.

The place was bad. Beyond worst. The place was unsafe. The room for two was very small that you can't turn. You can't even take a bath in the bathroom. It was too small. I had to check out on the first day of my 4 nights booking - paid booking. I understand the no refund policy buy you guys did not fulfill your duty to your consumers.

场地干净整洁，非常棒！大家也很热情友好。

Hostelnya di pinggir jalan Tsim Sha Sui, pas di depan pemberhentian Bus A21. Seberangnya Mesjid Kowloon. Kamarnya kecil banget, tidak ada fasilitas Wifi. Menginap 2 malam, ada cleaning service yang datang bersihkan kamar di siang hari. Untuk wisatawan yang lebih sering di luar dibanding dalam kamar, tempat ini oke karena lokasi strategis.

It's not what we expected but it's ok

Good location and of course always small hotel in hongkong, perfect for price, location and room with service.

We are here for 5 days, with 2 year old baby. The rooms was small, even I got twin bed. Lift was old. But the hotel has very perfect location, near isquare tst MRT station and bus stop at nathan road. Highly recommended for traveler who needs best affordable price, clean and strategic locations. Thanks season hotel!

so good about clean room but small room

Aada tambahan biaya buat 2 anak umur dibawah 10 thn tapi tidak dapat extrabed/bantal, tidak ada sign hotel/supir taxi bingung, pintu masuk hotel dan lift kumuh, kamar sempit, tidak sesuai untuk keluarga, khusus backpacker.

โรงแรมขนาดเล็กกะทัดรัด สะดวกเรื่องการเดินทาง ใกล้สถานี MTR มาก เดินไม่ถึง 5 นาที มาจากสนามบินสะดวกมากๆ อยู่ในย่านเมือง ช็อปปิ้งได้สบายค่ะ ยกเว้นตัวตึกกับทางเข้าโรงแรมค่อนข้างหน้ากลัว แต่เข้าไปพักในตัวห้องแล้วสบายค่ะ ห้องเล็กไปหน่อยแต่คุ้มกับราคาที่ได้ เตียงชิดเตียง วางกระเป๋าสำหรับสองคนก็เต็มแล้วค่ะ ห้องน้ำแคบ ได้แค่กางแขนกางขา ถ้าใครเน้นประหยัดและที่พักสำหรับนอนอย่างเดียว พักได้ค่ะ
