客室対応が素晴らしい。 観光案内と交通機関の使い方のやり取りが丁寧で分かりやすく、プラハに到着してからの最悪な気持ちが一気に好転した。

Wir waren zu dritt und fanden das Zimmer unpraktisch eingerichtet. Keine Garderobe, nur ein Kleiderschrank in dem die Kleiderbügelstange bei knapp 2m hoch hing.

Nice small hotel. Unfortunately there was a problem with wifi. I called frontdesk and they fixed it, but iy worked maybe 10 minutes and went off again

Es ist ein sehr gutes Hotel und wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten

Almost perfect except for fan and the light in the bathroom are tied to same switch so there's no way to turn on the light without the fanthe fan and the fan is very loud

The property was excellent it had all the amenities bus stop 2 minutes away great breakfast and best of all was the staff they were so eager to please and help you with anything to make your stay more comfortable I had a couple issues unrelated to stay that they helped me with which was way above their duty would definitely stay there again

Muy amables y muy atentos, la habitación amplia y con un baño muy grande y el desayuno magnífico, la verdad pienso repetir.

Excelente!! O quarto é grande, chuveiro bom, camas confortáveis. Meu frigobar não estava funcionando e o gerente prontamente arranjou outro e trocou. Café da manhã bom. Localização não é no Centro, mas boa para quem está de carro.

Rimelig og greit hotell. Fine rom med aircondition. Grei reise fra flyplassen med buss 100 og Metro til Andel. Deretter 5 minutter buss 137 til Vaclavka og en kort spasertur til hotellet. Anbefaler dagskort på buss, trikk og Metro. App IDOS på mobilen anbefales, har all kollektivtransport. Frokosten har forbedringspotensiale. Brød, 2 typer syltetøy, skinke, salami, ost, eggerøre, bacon, frokostblandinger osv.

Boli sme s kamarátkou a jej dcérami milo prekvapené. Veľmi milí ľudia z personálu Čisto, kľud, krásny výhľad na Prahu. Raňajky super. Doprava v blízkosti. Nemám, čo by som vytkla. Určite, keď pôjdem do Prahy, tak sa tam znova ubytujem.

ホテルの滞在自体はとても快適です。 少し不便を感じたのは、 市街地中心部まで行くのに、バス一区間と地下鉄を乗り継がなくてはならない。 行きはバスと地下鉄で行ったが、お酒を飲んで帰るにはタクシーを使った。カレル橋から17ユーロだった。 駐車場が無料とあるが、実際は前の道路に止めるタイプ。18時までパーキングチケットが必要。それ以降は翌朝まで無料になる。 フロントスタッフは親切で、いろんなアドバイスを丁寧にもらえた。

A reasonably easy walk to town..... 15 minutes to metro but you can walk all the way to the town centre in 45...... at a good pace. We had a basement unit with no a/c but the staff worked hard to find us a portable unit which we were grateful for. Room was small but did the trick.

Great friendly staff. Had a few initial things not working when we arrived. But quickly sorted. Great location if you use the public transport. Great value.
