Very Nice expérience to stay in Beach Hotel Sunshine Ishigaki, the staff is friendly and helpful, the facilities are user friendly, breakfast is tasty and you can put your wet swimming suits outside the Terrace after swimming in the swimming pool with beautiful view and lovely sunshine. All experiences are excellent with this hotel. Even I seek for help to arrange my dinner booking before arrival with sales staff by email. They are also willing and helpful on it. Highly recommended to everyone who want sunshine and relax.

Clean and tidy. Hotel staff helped to fix air conditioner with faster service when we met typhoon on Thursday.They are really helpful.

飯店大廳不大，check in不在櫃檯，而是在一邊的沙發區，高度太低，服務人員必須蹲在一邊講解。聽的人也要趴著聽（好奇怪） 設施都很仔細維護切且乾淨。聞起來也很清香。有海景溫泉，營業到12:00，但我們並未去嘗試。 泳池很棒。無論幾點景觀都很美。 我們住的是側廂的一樓，落地窗外是草皮通往吊床與泳池。人太多了，必須拉上窗簾很不方便。 除此之外小櫃檯上擺了洗衣粉可以到投幣式洗衣機洗衣，房間內也有曬衣架，很方便。 早餐非常好吃！

Nice service and helpful stuff ! A good ocean view in a room

只有泳池，泳灘要去Fusaki beach,有點不便！另外Main building住客多（大部分日本人，但也喜歡在走廊大聲傾計），每天早上都被嘈醒！

自駕入住一流，有免費泊車，但如下雨有點不方便，因離酒店有段路約半分鐘沒傘沒擋；房間很大有酒店有大浴場和風呂，泳池一流可望對面竹富島。
