酒店设施一流，离旅游景点也不远，房间大小合适且私密性好，管理人员也非常热情周到。下次来清迈我肯定还会住这里！

The hotel upgraded the room for us with no additional expense, which is a really nice customer service as a result of management complications at check-in. The hotel, combined with the cafeteria, provides sufficient tranquility and cozy atmosphere most suitable for younger to middle-aged customer range. Drawbacks are the excessive moist in the room causing permanent mold (fungi) buildup in parts of the room, especially in an air-conditioner that smells and looks extremely worrying. Please, just hire air-conditioner cleaning service more often and things will get much better.

ใกล้นิมมานเหมินทร์ นิดเดียว ด้านหน้าดูเหมือนไม่กว้าง เข้าไปด้านใน ว๊าวมากค่ะ ห้องสะอาด แต่ห้องน้ำ ไฟกระจกจ้ามากมาย พนักงานพูดจาดี มีอาหาร เครื่องดื่ม จำหน่ายเพียบ มีโอกาสต้องที่นี่อีกค่ะ

ชอบโรงแรมนี้มาก คาเฟ่ด้านล่างบรรยากาศดีมาก เงียบ สงบไม่วุ่นวาย กาแฟอร่อย อาหารเช้าคืออร่อยมากๆ ห้องพักสวยมาก มีระเบียงห้องพักบรรยากาศดีมาก เสียดายเมื่อเช้านี้มีฝนตกอดถ่ายรูปสวยๆมาฝากเลย

ดีมาก แต่ห้องที่ได้เข้าพักติดกับห้องน้ำรวมของชั้น ทำให้มีเสียงรบกวนเล็กน้อย แต่ก็ไม่ได้เป็นปัญหามากนัก ไม่มีตู้เสื้อผ้า แต่มีที่แขวนเสื้อผ้า โดยรวมถือว่าดีมาก ประทับใจ

Really enjoyed our stay at the Pyur Otel. Staffs are extremely friendly, the furniture is cozy and clean, it makes you feel that you are home!

非常好。一切正常。房间和卫生间很干净，服务很好，说话带着微笑，有停车场，有吹风机，床很软，楼下的咖啡馆很可爱，设计得很好，周围都是大自然。我真的很喜欢这个阳台。干净的毛毯和毛巾房间设施齐全，水压强劲。如果有机会，我一定会再回来住的。

อาหารดีมากๆ แต่ในห้องพักมืด อึมครึมไปหน่อย โดยเฉพาะในห้องน้ำ

这是一家交通便利、位置优越、咖啡美味的酒店，我很喜欢。

ห้องพักดี มีเสียงดังเป็นระยะบ้าง ประทับใจอาหารเช้า อร่อยทุกอย่าง พนักงานดูแลดี ร้านกาแฟนั่งสบาย ไว้มีโอกาสก็จะไปอีกคร้าบ

น้ำไม่ไหลตั้งแต่ 2 ทุ่มยัน check out แย่มาก!!! ไม่หาทางแก้ไข น้ำไม่ไหลเลย ตั้งแต่ 2 ทุ่ม ตอนลงไปถามก็บอกว่าซ่อมประมาณ 2 ชั่วโมง แต่มีป้ายติดไว้ว่าซ่อมเสร็จประมาณ 00.00 รอจนหลับจนเช้าก็ยังไม่ไหล จะลงมาถามข้างล่างก็ไม่มีคนอยู่ โทรไปก็ไม่รับ จนต้องออกไปเข้าห้องน้ำที่ปั๊ม ซื้อน้ำเปล่ามาล้างหน้าล้างตัว พอไปถามว่าน้ำจะมากี่โมงก็ให้คำตอบไม่ได้ ไม่แก้ไขปัญหาอะไรเลย ไม่รับผิดชอบ ไม่ประทับใจเลย เสียความรู้สึก!!

There is a bad smell in the room (room no.206). Like Deodorant from bathroom. Cannot sleep due to loud sound since the shared bathroom is just next to the room. Noisy from people who is showering and closing the door. It should not located private room in same area of shared bathroom.
