All staff were super nice and helpful. We felt very comfortable to stay there.

這家精品飯店相當乾淨舒適且飯店人員很親切，英文流利，有家的感覺！重點是早餐好吃，預定的晚餐料理水準也相當好！雖是精品飯店但該有的設備都有，例如健身房、小游泳池、SPA、圖書館都有，這晚過的充實且舒服，有機會再訪馬略卡島會選擇這間飯店！

There is only 1 excellent staff called Sasu, I would have changed to Sant Francesc hotel middle of my trip if it was not for him. All other staffs have no clue for anything in Mallorca. Wasted 30 mins driving around with hotel staff searching for their hotel parking. Very very slow service. Didn't change bedsheet until we requested for it. Didn't refill our bathroom amenities / mini bar. Only 1 staff at reception, waited for 20 mins for her to assist with a local enquiry and at the end I had to leave and catch my flight and she still had no time for it. Poor value for money.

Wonderful experience again! Everything is perfect. Staff are incredible and so welcoming, rooms excellent and centrally located for everything.

Absolut mästerverk till hotell! Servicen håller högsta nivå. Så hjälpsamma på all sätt. Rummen fantastiska, frukosten drömlik, läget är perfekt. Det privata SPA:et var magiskt. Det fanns ingenting som kunde varit bättre!

In Ihrem Hotel fühlen wir uns sehr wohl. Leider ist die Möglichkeit zum Aufhängen der Frottée Tücher sehr schlecht. Warum nicht noch seitlich des Lavabos je einen Bügel / Halter anbringen. Ablage, ich vermisste noch 1-2 kleinere Schublage

Best Hotel ever! Really recommend

Always a very warm welcome at this hotel, we have stayed here many times. It’s particularly lovely at Christmas, it was a shame to see the restaurant empty however, we were going to eat there on a few occasions but it was always empty and there were no serving staff present, kitchen didn’t look like it was open- it lacked atmosphere I just guess it’s low season and not busy enough to warrant opening. This is just something to bear in mind when staying out of season/ December time.

Allting var perfekt, fick en uppgradering på hotellrummet. Personalen var fantastikt trevliga.

Great, big rooms and public areas. Very comfortable beds. Staff is very helpful. This was twice as good as the Nobis Hotel I used last time at about half the price.

Great place to stay in Palma! Some of the best hospitality I’ve received in a longtime. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Carried my luggage for me, parked my car, made dinner reservations. Enjoyed a complimentary glass of wine while I went through my check in. Gorgeous hotel as well with a restaurant on the Michelin guide. If you’re staying in Palma and want experience luxury, stay here!

Amazing customer service from the staff, from check-in to check-out. Hotel is located very conveniently off a quiet square, less than a 10 minute walk from just about anywhere you'd want to go in Palma. Parking garage is very conveniently located just across the square.

After a lot of research, we booked this hotel because of the good reviews. We stayed in a Superior Room and were celebrating our honeymoon. The hotel has been recently refurbished and the lounge areas are great. The staff are brilliant and we really valued all of their recommendations. However the rooms themselves are rather poorly finished and the fixtures / fittings feel cheap rather than luxurious. We were really disappointed with the rooftop pool which is tiny and the whole rooftop was pretty neglected. Overall, the hotel is well located and fine for a short break, but doesn’t provide the luxury we expected for the price and reputation.

Excellent service and a first class Restaurant. Easy walking distance to the cathedral and palace.

Location is great…can walk everywhere

Der Empfang im Hotel war extrem freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, die Auswahl war relativ klein, aber es gibt alles was das Herz begehrt. Wir haben ein besonders tolles Zimmer bekommen mit ausreichend Platz und bequemem Bett. Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig, man ist aber innert weniger Minuten direkt im Zentrum mit vielen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Rooftop ist ebenfalls ein Highlight. Der Pool war perfekt für eine Abkühlung. Uns hat auch der Service gefallen. Vom Rooftop aus kann man telefonisch aus einer kleinen Karte Speisen und Getränke bestellen, direkt auf die Sonnenliege oder Sitzgelegenheit.
