Absolutely horrible, the room has strong smell of cigarettes like people having a huge smoking party in it. I stayed 3 nights with windows open and sprayed air fresh lots of times, still can’t get rid of the smell. Even I hang my washed underwear in the bathroom and my underwear smells like cigarettes. The soap stand was dirty also. Full of dust. Location is perfect tho, and the receptionist was nice. But the room, NAH!!

Se escucha todo de otros cuartos. Al baño le hace falta mantenimiento. Por otro lado, el personal es amable y el hotel está muy bien localizado

The room and bathroom were very small. It was difficult to move around inside the room.

The staff listened to our concern about a smell in the room, which was addressed. It was clean. Not very spacious but suited our needs.

Buenos anfitriones

This is entered through a doorway then take the lift to 5th floor for the hotel rooms, reception and terrace. Small and basic with no frills but a good option for a budget hotel situated in the heart of the city just a gentle stroll down to Grand Via and on to Sol.

Pros: 24-hour front desk service with great, friendly staff. Cons: the room was incredibly small and I could feel all the springs on my mattress bed. (Room 507). Extremely uncomfortable and hard to get a good night sleep. Also the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything.
