鄰近忠明南路，旁邊機能尚可，設備內裝尚可還可接受。而且性質和日租套房很像，是在某住宅大樓裡面，而且入住的房間緊鄰馬路，房間就算全部關窗戶也還是很吵，整晚睡不好。怕吵的不要考慮。
