Good, friendly, enthusiastic, fun, clean.

A lot of cockroaches feasting on the sofa, in the bathroom, in our room. Actually all over the executive room :( Wasn't able to sleep properly because I'm afraid cockroaches might feast on our body while in deep sleep.

oh I love VIP suite. the service is five star hotel standard. the bellboys, security guards and the receptionists are friendly and resourceful. The place is small, but it's clean and comfortable. and though the neighborhood is quite busy, you won't hear anything from your room. I did enjoy my stay. maraming salamat.

I recommend VIP Suite hotel.. Why? Because big room, clean room, nice smell and cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. The price is right

The place didn't look much from the outside but when you get to the second floor lobby, it's classical and homey. Our room was clean, the toiletries were immaculate.

Room and service were ok but we didn't have cable tv for the 3 days we stayed there

the room is comfortable but i noticed the floor is dusty specifically under the bed.

No hot water shower cold ! Food was just fair .

I finished my work late due to various meetings. The traffic was so heavy. And if I go home, I will arrive approximately 11.30PM. I also have an early meeting the next day. So, I decided to look for hotels nearby. VIP Suite Hotel is one of the few hotels that offered 24 hours reception and parking. I chose VIP Suite Hotel since it has an affordable unit available. When I arrived, the security guard immediately assist me with the parking. The reception welcomed me. And my booking with Traveloka was immediately acknowledged. My stay there was comfortable. The unit, hallway, shared bathroom and shared living space were clean. The place was also easily accessible.

Lokasi mudah dicapai karena pinggir jalan hanya kalau malam agak sepi, hotel bersih tapi air minum dan perlengkapan lainnya tidak diisi tiap hari, sarapan sangat standard
