喜歡酒店位置非常棒方便，房間寬暢干净整潔，床上用品很舒服，但盖的被很薄，可我又不觉得冷。迷你式陽台好贊灯塔夜景和Venetian Harbour 就在眼前。前台服務員態度友善熱情，有問必答绐我更好建議，让我順利訂到去圣托尼里船票，推薦好餐廳讓我吃到喜歡的海鮮美食，早餐雖然是在樓下旁邊的餐廳，但很享受在Venetian Harbour用膳的這種感覺。有留言酒店需要到機場接機，司機很准時到達機場，當然自己另付費，工作人員也把我的行李拿到樓上，離開時拿下來，前台為我打電話召的士等等·⋯⋯非常感謝！印象很好，下次還會再來。

This hotel was incredible. Rooms were clean and beautiful, prime location close to all the best restaurants and in front of water, incredibly helpful and kind staff. I highly recommend them and would absolutely stay there again.

Very nice and would stay again. Only the walk and stairs to walk up were difficult.

We had a wonderful stay at Ambassadors Residence Boutique Hotel in Chania. The hotel was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located right on the waterfront. Being in the heart of the Old Venetian Harbor meant we were within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and all the major tourist attractions. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. One thing to note is that taxis cannot drop guests directly at the hotel due to its location in the historic area, so there is a short walk from the drop-off point. However, the taxi drivers are accustomed to this and will help with your luggage. It's a minor inconvenience and absolutely worth it for such an incredible location. Breakfast was excellent and served at a restaurant right on the boardwalk, offering stunning views of the harbor. The scenery was breathtaking, and the location allowed us to easily return to our room for a break without going out of our way. There are many delicious restaurants surrounding the hotel. Also, be aware that some rooms face the sea while others face the city, so it's worth checking when booking if you have a preference. What truly made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. They went above and beyond to assist with anything we needed and made our stay memorable from start to finish. I highly recommend Ambassadors Residence Boutique Hotel and cannot wait to return.

This place is amazing to stay at. The views are priceless, the location to everything is convenient, the staff goes above & beyond to make sure you have everything you need and your stay is exceptional. The breakfast they have is great with plenty of options. I'd recommend this place over and over again.

staff did not communicate the difficulties re hotel access due to it being located in a restricted area that doesn't allow car or taxi access. also staff were unhelpful in regards any suggestions for car parking options

Gorgeous property in the perfect location to enjoy views of the water, amazing restaurants (including the fantastic restaurant below with the friendliest staff). We stayed in the Fabric room facing the harbour and it was gorgeous! The staff at the front desk were so helpful in their recommendations for parking and activities in the area.

Lovely property in a great location. Staff are very helpful. Facilities are great. The hotel is in a pedestrian area with limited vehicle access. Chania is lovely and very walkable. Lots of dining options.

Very well positioned, right on the Chania harbour. Checking was hassle free. The reception staffs are very polite and helpful. The breakfast was well served downstairs restaurant where we enjoyed the harbour view. The breakfast restaurant was one of the best we had in Chania. Will come again. Highly recommended.

This is a beautiful, small boutique hotel. Very gracious staff and the rooms were immaculate and modern. Delicious breakfast. We had a stunning view of the port from our balcony. Highly recommend if you visit Chania!

El hotel está bien, el servicio también, solo que aunque está muy bien situado es inconveniente si llevas maletas y te cuesta trabajo cargarlas. Ya que los coches no llegan hasta el hotel, Debes llevarlas por dos cuadras de piso empedrado (espero que si llevan ruedas tus maletas aguanten) y después para llegar al hotel subirlas unos 15 escalones. No hay nadie en el hotel que pueda ayudarte; así que no se si yo lo llamaría un hotel de lujo. Si vas de viaje con una mochila este es el hotel perfecto! La verdad es bonito y bien ubicado.

Location, staff and facilities are top notch. Hotel itself is not reachable by car, no parking available on site, so difficult to deal with luggage etc. Would recommend but caution on accessibility

Ceramic room - top floor suite was worth the price. The view, size of room, available outdoor space were all top notch! Perfect location!

Friendly & helpful staff

The property is very nice and refurbished well and positioned well in the old town regarding shopping, restaurants and sightseeing The only thing we didn't like was the breakfast option available which was preparing by a nearby restaurant.

Personal was very friendly the only thing there was no big mirror in the room.
