Very enjoyable

The atmosphere is nonexistent. There used to be a very good restaurant in this ibis But nothing now. Please can you have a restaurant back it would be a huge benefit.

At 88yrs of age I didn’t expect to walk up 50+ stairs carrying a small overnight bag. Dark green decoration I found depressing. However, everything else was good.

Been here at the Chartres Ibis Styles many times as it is very convenient for us. Breakfast is very good and the rooms are normal Ibis. Begining to get a little shabby, but still comfortable.

Very clean, modern decor with one of the best beds I’ve slept on. Extremely nice staff, copious and excellent quality breakfast. Great stay.

Always enjoy our stay here. But sad the juice machine was vroken ANDthe egg boiler!!!

The hotel was almost good, but it was without elevator (and our room was at the third floor) and room cleaneless could be improved

The receptionists were very friendly and helpful, our room was comfortable the duvet to heavy, air con very noisy so we turned it off. The onsuit in need of attention. Breakfast was very good and well presented. We were able to visit the Cathedral on our way to the Hotel.
