ห้องพักดี เดินทางเข้าออกสะดวก ของกินย่านนี้หาง่าย

เหมือนโรงแรมร้าง ไฟอะไรก็ปิดหมด ไม่มีพนักงานพูดไทยเลย ทั้งโรมแรมมีแค่ผู้ชายพูดอังกฤษอยู่แค่คนเดียว เป้นประสบการณ์ที่แย่มากๆกับการจองโรงแรมครั้งนี้ เราคุยกับเขาอยู่ประมาน 10 นาที เพื่อจะเช้คอินขึ้นไปบนห้อง ผ่านไป 10 นาทีก็ขึ้นไปดูห้อง ในห้องไม่มีอะไรให้เลย ผ้าขนหนู น้ำ อื่นๆ สระน้ำก็ไม่มีปิดทิ้งไม่แจ้ง คือไม่มีอะไรเลย ถ้าเปิดแล้วไม่มีอะไรให้เลยก็ปิดไปเถอะ เสียเงินเสียความตั้งใจ เสียความรู้สึกคะ ในภาพต่างจากของจิงมาก. หลังจากนั้นก็เช็คเอาส์ออกทันทีเลยคะ

เหมือนร้าง ไม่มีคนพัก กลิ่นเหม็นอับเลยคะ

เหมือนโรงแรมร้าง ไม่มีพนักงาน มีแต่ผู้ชายดูแลอยู่และพูดภาษาไทยไม่ได้เลยต้องพูดอังกฤษเท่านั้น สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องก็ไม่มีเหมือนที่แจ้งไว้ ทีวีดูไม่ได้เพราะถูกตัดสัญญาณ ไวไฟที่แจ้งว่ามีก็ไม่มี น้ำดื่มก็ไม่มีต้องขอถึงเอามาให้ พักอยู่2คืนได้น้ำ3ขวด ไฟล็อบบี้ก็มืด หน้าโรงแรมมืดสนิทไม่เปิดไฟเลย ไม่มีคน(พนง.) อยู่ตลอด24ชม.เหมือนที่แจ้งไว้ ตอนเราไปพักไม่เห็นลูกค้าคนอื่นเลยนอกจากเราห้องเดียว ไม่มีการทำความสะอาดห้องอะไรเลยเพราะไม่มีพนง. น้ำก็ไหลเบามาก น้ำร้อนไม่มี ที่สำคัญแขกที่ดูแลอยู่เขาไม่อาบน้ำเปลี่ยนเสื้อผ้าเลยตลอดสามวันที่เราไปพัก จนวันที่เราเช็คเอาท์ออกถึงเห็นเขาเปลี่ยนชุด ที่ช๊อคมากคือเช้าวัที่2ที่เราพักเราตื่นหกโมงเช้าเพื่อจะไปชายหาดแต่ลงมาจากห้องล็อบบี้มืดสนิทไม่เปิดไฟเลย ประตูทางเข้าโรงแรมมีโซ่คล้องล๊อคกุญแจไว้ประตูด้านข้างก็ล๊อคไว้เพื่อนเรากลัวจนจะเป็นลม เราต้องโทรไลน์บอกแขกที่ดูแลมาเปิดให้ อ้อ ลืมบอกโทรศัพท์ในห้องที่เอาไว้ใช้ติดต่อมีนะแต่ใช้ไม่ได้ มันเหมือนโรงแรมที่ปิดแล้วคนที่เขาให้มาเฝ้าดูแลแอบเปิดจริงๆในความรู้สึกเรา เพราะวินมอไซค์ที่มาส่งก็บอกว่าโรงแรมนี้ปิดไม่ใช่เหรอ ดีนะที่ยังมีน้ำมีไฟให้ใช้อยู่ มันเป็นอะไรที่รู้สึกแย่มากเลยกับการเข้าพักที่นี่ อ้อ ลืมบอกห้องมันก็โอเคอยู่แต่มันน่ากลัวคือไม่มีพนักงานเหมือนโรงแรมทั่วไปและไม่มีลูกค้าคนอื่นเลยนอกจากเรา

I booked for a superior room and the room was really nice and clean but about service, there are changing hotel owner also all the staffs while in staying there. The first 2 night there was a really good service. Staffs are very friendly and helpful but then the other two nights after they change everything. The staffs are not very nice.

We got the loft wing room. Which is located separated from the main building (its look like a motel building) loft wing got pool on the roof top (small pool) room is big but the toilet sometime got some kind of bad smell , I don't know where it come from. So far this hotel near to all the famous location. Just need to walk. Got 7e also.

The hotel was excellent. They have jacuzzi & sauna on the 5th floor and bathtub in the room. Very good facilities within this price. If you have no idea where to go during your stay, they can also help you arrange island trips or car/taxi if you want. Located near the night market and Patong beach so you can just walk. You need to upgrade your room on the spot to get smoking room with balcony (which was not on the selection when I booked). Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. Very recommended! PS: you might need to be careful when you going out from the bathtub & jacuzzi as its kinda sharp on the edge. I scratch my leg few times They will ask for 1.000B deposit at front which will be returned when you check out

Stayed here for 5 days. Had an issue with the wifi. Place is clean but wifi could use some work.

Dapet great view, namun tidak ada bathub (sayanya juga lupa untuk menanyakan). Sarapan dan hospitalitynya bagus banget!! Sangat dekat dengan Patong Beach dan didepannya ada 7Eleven dan pusat makanan Thailand. Ada jacuzzinya juga, sangat pas buat rileksasi setelah lelah jalan ke pulau. Sangat rekomen untuk yg ingin menginap di Patong Beach

Hotel was great. Receptionist was friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious, did not expect to get a bath tub for such a cheap room. Room placement was a bit odd.

Really bad service. The deposit was so expensive. Really upset with one of the receptionist (old man). He asked me to pay an unreasonable things. I've never been touch the cushion, and for the first time I came it torn. But when I'm check out he asked me to pay 900 baht. I argued with the truth, but he was very don't care. Actually I booked 5 rooms. One of my friends room doesn't have 2 towels and he borrowed in another friends room. But the receptionist also asked for those towels. And I paid 500 baht. The important thing, my friend watch lost when the cleaning service make up room. I complained about this, but the hotel very don't care. 😕

I came here as romantic vacation, the location is really good, nearest to the supermarket, in front of this hotel there is a Night Market, where you can find all the Thai street food on the market and the ambience was so good. The hotel staff are very nice even some of them don't know how to speak english, but their attitude still really good. But something I don't like, just the mattress not really comfort, rather hard not soft. but when I woke up in the morning, I thought my body will feel sore, but not at all, my body still good :)
