The room is quite big and the bathroom as well The problem is the kitchen fan Is on 24 hours , very noisy so I couldn’t sleep at all

Première fois depuis 39 ans qu’on me dit que je n’ai pas de forfait ‘serviettes ‘’ et j’étais la pour 5 nuits et ils n’ont jamais changé soit les draps et les serviettes???j’ai demandé et une des rares personnes gentilles me dit que nous allons faire la change demain mais devinez quoi Non rien à été fait…

Second time staying here. Did arrive in time to use the pool this time but still a good stay. Room had all we needed, was comfortable and clean. Perfect for an overnight stay whilst travelling back to the UK from Spain with a dog. Nice walk with the dog around the two small lakes and spotted two otters! Really handy to have a well- stocked supermarket in the car park! Will stay here again

Very enjoyable stay in smart adjoining apartments - staff friendly, apartments clean and swimming pool very welcome in 38 degrees of heat - can’t wait until next year!

Very nice and quiet apart hotel. Near to the train and buses that get you to Bourdeaux's centre.

I stayed at Appart Hôtel Mer & Golf City Bordeaux Bruges for 16 days while recovering from surgery, and I really enjoyed the stay. The pond/lake behind the hotel is really just lovely to walk around and I enjoyed the ducks, turtles and beavers there! There is also a grocery store in the same parking a lot, which was extremely convenient. There's also a tram station a 5-10 minute walk away, which was also very convenient. The kitchenette in the room was a little more spacious than other hotels and completely met my needs. My fridge whined at first but they quickly swapped it out for another one and I had no further issues. The room was clean and its condition was pretty good. Housekeeping came by daily to take out the garbage and change towels if needed, and changed sheets and did a more thorough cleaning when I asked (just once for my stay). The staff at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Overall I became very fond of the place and was a little sad to leave.

Great place to stay with family. The apartment almost all you need to make your own catering. bed is comfy and staffs are very welcoming and accommodating.

I booked a property with two single beds and one sofa bed, but I was given an one sofa bed and ond one double bed, plus I had to request bath towels when it was supposed to be there in place for my arrival.

Great staff and lovely location

The hotel was so comfortable that I didn’t want to leave the bed at all. The service was amazing. I will definitely visit this hotel again in the future..

I have nothing good to say about this hotel except that it was clean. The desk staff lady with red hair was really rude to me and my colleagues even though we spoke french. You have to rent basic things like irons even in the business rooms, the restaurant closed unusually early, fitness center is small/was full when I needed it, there is a kitchenette and coffee machine although no basics like oil/salt/pepper and no coffee or tea, they're constructing a third building and it's very loud construction early in the morning... I could go on but you get the picture

This hotel was ok. The breakfast was good. There is no iron in the room, and basically one that seems to be shared throughout the entire hotel. One of the front desk staff was not the kindest to me either - which was frustrating.

Our stay was good but we couldn’t have extra blankets. We stayed 2 nights and every night when my friends asked for an extra blanket they couldn’t provide it. Except that, it was very clean and the beds are good.

Away from the city centre in a very pleasant setting by the lake. There's not much within walking distance but great if you want a little peace and quiet. The room has very good facilities with a sofa bed so the room can accommodate four people. There is even a small kitchen with a good size fridge freezer. The staff were very helpful although check-in seemed to take an age. The restaurant had a limited menu, but the quality of the food was excellent and reasonably priced. All in all, it was a good experience.

A bit hard to find, away from the palais, the lake, and the tram. Not impossible but... Market on the property and a spa next door.

Very good hotel far from city center but their price plus Uber less expensive compare to other hotels

The staff were very polite and helpful. The rooms were clean and everything worked.

Staff excellent, room very comfortable but needed to be a bit cleaner eg, marks on curtains and glass needed cleaning in the doors and balcony otherwise very good. Great breakfast with lots of choice.
