The room is big and the windows view is perfect. The facilities are quite new, but not in a very good quality. On the roof, there is construction going on that cause the noise is the worst part. But the overall experience is still good.

Not enough room in the lobby waiting for our room. Bathroom were note working in the lobby. Staff was indifferent

This place is amazing and beautiful, totally recommend it.

Es muy buen Alojamiento, el Desayuno Incluido muy Rico y Vasto, la zona de Alberca incluida esta misma muy amplia y cómoda, inmediato el acceso a la Playa y acordonada dicha Zona da ese carácter de “Privacidad” , solo recomendaría prohibir o controlar el Volumen de las Bocinas de los Huéspedes, el Viernes 29/Ago habia muy buena Música en Vivo en el Restaurant de la Alberca misma que disfruté hasta que un Huésped se acomodó en la Sombrilla contigua y puso su Música Norteña a volumen no molesto pero que ya no me permitió escuchar la Buena Música en Vivo del Restaurant de la Alberca

HABITACION AMPLIA LIMPIA NPERSONAL AMABLE

La puerta del cuarto se cayó cuando entramos a la habitación, la televisión d l cuarto no servía, la caja fuerte no servía, la regadera tapada y se corria el agua por la puerta de cancel del baño, uno de los días no pudimos acceder al cuarto porque las pilas del control de la puerta se agotaron

ES DE LAS POCAS OPCIONES QU ENCONTRARÁS GUAYABITOS CON BUENA CALIDAD, LIMPIO, BUENA ATENCIÓN Y EXCELENTE UBICACION

El hotel y el servicio del personal de recepción , limpieza y restaurante estuvo excelente solo hubo algunas situaciones en la recámara que no se repararon en el momento que se les dijo hasta que fui a pedir la refacción fue cuando ya fueron

Did not appreciate that I asked for an iron, I was given o e that did not work when I asked for another iron I was told it’s something they hotel doesn’t offer. 🙄 I asked the front desk to call a Taxi I was told it’s better if I walk to the street an catch one 🙄

Este hotel siempre ha Sido mi preferido. Con el tiempo lo han modernizado y están quedando excelentes sus suites. Muy bien equipadas y sobre todo muy amplias

I believe is one of the best, if not THE best resort in Guayabitos beach. Every suite has an ocean view, the swimming pool is always warm, the beach is right there! What's not to like?

It looks really goodvin the pictures but swimming pool is very updated, the restaurant is not to sharming, but the room where we stay is exelent, lots of grifity on the street at norh side of the builing.

Super outdated, does not look like the pictures. They really need to remodel. Restrooms are horrible looking they look so old

The room Very clean. The staff very kind end friendly. I don’t like that they don’t have enough shade by the pools for the people that don’t like sun.
