Drinks were limited, menu was limited and service was terrible from front of house staff. I messaged ahead to advise we would be checking in around midnight and enquire if any food was available. I also advised that we were celebrating a birthday plus an anniversary. I received confirmation that our request had been acknowledged, however no food was available and despite me messaging again on day 2 of our trip, still no acknowledgement of our celebration. Cleaning staff and waiting staff were great, however front office and spa front desk were absolutely useless and super unhelpful even when asked to do the bare minimum. There was no 2nd key available apparently, and when we were taken to our room and asked if there was a map of the property, we wete told to go back to reception in the middle of the night. The property fire alarm went off at 5am on one night and 6am the next night. Both times no staff were around to give any useful instructions or support.

I never leave a review but how discussing this place is I had to leave a review, the dirtiest hotel I have ever been to.

Für den Preis hat es sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt. Das Essen war nicht besonders jedoch besser als der Durchschnitt. Die Mitarbeiter waren meistens freundlich und höflich. Das Animationsteam, insbesondere Büsra, war sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage war ästhetisch und schön gestaltet. Um das Hotel herum gab es aber nicht wirklich etwas zu sehen oder zu machen. Leider gab es keinen richtigen Strand was das Erlebnis etwas verändert. Auf jeden Fall besser geeignet für Leute die eher am Pool die Zeit verbringen.

The food quality was not as good as expected. During my 7-night stay, the menu was very repetitive with little variety, and many of the dishes were served cold. The biggest disappointment was that about 15 minutes before the official closing time of the restaurant, staff had already started clearing everything away, which should not happen in a five-star hotel,food should be available until the very last minute of service. Rooms & Facilities:The cleanliness of the rooms was fine, but toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner were only provided on the first day, and I had to request them repeatedly afterwards. There was also no iron in the room, and when I requested one, it was old and not in good condition. On one occasion, the air conditioning stopped working, which was inconvenient.Service & Staff:On the positive side, I would like to highlight some excellent staff. In the bar, Nazli was outstanding ,I would easily rate her 100 out of 100 for her professionalism and friendly service. Unfortunately, some of the male staff members were not as polite or welcoming, which made me feel uncomfortable as a solo female traveler. The lobby staff were all fantastic ,very helpful, kind, and always willing to assist. I also want to mention Jemale was really helpf.and Sofia from the entertainment team, along with their colleagues, who were truly amazing and made the experience much more enjoyable. The hotel has good potential, and many staff members really made a difference to my stay.

The room was clean, and the cleaning lady was nice. The hotel didnt honor the 1 a la carte meal, every beverage was served in flimsier versions of dixie cups. The unbranded "fake" brands of alcohol were disgusting. Ie real Aperol having been substituted with "Boa". Should be shut down or new management needed altogether. Even many staff said they wouldn't eat the food at the resort. A proper audit of this place needs to be done, for health and safety, and especially quality control in every aspect. Photos not accurate either. After our arrival we also learned many of the reviews are fake, to artificially bolster the hotel's rating. Also, who is allowed to determine whether a hotel is 5 star? This one is most certainly not.

Otrolig personal! Jättetrevliga och hjälpsamma utan att du ens behöver be om det! Skönt med parkeringsservice också! Enda negativa är kidsclub. Lokalen och leksakerna är under all kritik och passar inte in till detta fina hotell!

Wir haben das Hotel 3 Tage vorher Verlassen, Es war Schmutzig, Essens Auswahl sehr beschränkt, egal was man wollte gab es nicht immer wieder war irgendetwas nichtmehr vorrätig. Mitarbeiter waren Unfreundlich die meisten waren oft mit dem Handy beschäftigt was offensichtlich Priorität hatte. Für die 3 Tage vorherige abreise wurde nichts vom Geld anteilig zurückgezahlt. In unseren Augen ist dieses Hotel alles andere als ein 5 Sterne Hotel und wir werden es nie wieder aufsuchen. Dieses Hotel kann ich niemandem Empfehlen

Bei der Buchung habe ich drei Punkte berücksichtigt. Hotel am Strand, einen Fitnessraum und einen Parkplatz. Parkservice war sehr gut. Das Hotel hatte einen eigenen Parkplatz. Das Hotel ist direkt am Meer aber auf einem Podest. Also es gab keinen Strand. Nebenan war bisschen "Sand". Im Bereich des Bodests wo man ins Wasser reingeht ist es steinig und voller Moos. Also wer sich ein schönen Sandstrand wünscht ist hier falsch. Ein Fitnessraum wie auf den Bildern existiert nicht. Draußen ist ein kleiner Bereich mit Laufband mit Hanteln wenn man es so nennen darf. Die Geräte sind veraltet, verrostet und fast unbenutzbar. Das Essen ist gut wobei es eigentlich schwierig ist es zu Bewerten da jeder einen anderen Geschmack hat. Wir hatten nichts auszusetzten. Das Personal war sehr nett. Die Anlage ist recht groß und schön. Eher wie eine Clubanlage. Die Zimmer sind renovierungsbedürtig. Die Schränke haben sich aufgequillt und weisen Risse auf. In der Dusche war das Silikon unten am Wasserschutz nicht mehr dicht so dass das meiste Wasser ins Badezimmer aus der Dusche ausgelaufen ist. Da wir nur zum schlafen ins Zimmer gingen hat uns das nicht groß gestört. Fazit : Für das Geld (850,-) für 4 Tage hätte ich mehr erhofft. Wir haben einiges weggeblendet und haben das beste draus gemacht und am ende hatten wir einen erholsamen Urlaub. Allerdings war absolutes No-Go war dass im Meer ein Kondom rumschwamm. Habe den Bademeister drauf hingewiesen. Er meinte dass sich das von alleine säubert 😳

Otelin konumu ve odaları çok iyi. Ama ilk olarak hijyen sorunu var. Ortak alanlardaki hiç bir tuvalet dış duş degisim kabini vs temiz değil. Sahilde otururken yukarından patates vs getirmenize izin vermiyorlar. Bir çok bari kapalı tuttuklari için bira al gel 10 dk fazla oluyor. Yemekler ortalama ama tatlılar gerçekten çok kötü.

If you like all inclusive, family friendly, great location right on the beach and huge pool etc this place is for you. However, the beds are as hard as planks, and the music goes on until 11.30pm. If you book get a room away from the paradiso cafe, so you can have sleep. We personally didn’t eat there, food was avarsge.

Schönes hotel mit freundlichen Menschen und guten Personal. Hotel ist gut gelegen, fußläufig in die Stadt.

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist eher ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Das war uns aber im Klaren. Das Essen war frisch und vielfältig. Mein hat Mann hat sich mehr Auswahl im Bereich der türkischen Küche gewünscht. Und hat unser Urlaub gefallen.

the property is a bit dated and can do with some upgrade

This is third time I stayed at this hotel. A lot has changed since last year… The entertaiment in the evenings were terrible, the gym equipment were defect, some interior in the rooms were also defect, minibar was never restocked. The food was ok, but the quality was definitely changed (we saw the logos on the packages and it was cheap brands)… the staff were nice, but long queues at the bars… don’t think that I will come back again.

Had a lovely 3-night stay at La Baranda. The all-inclusive options were great with plenty of food variety. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My kids really enjoyed the mini studio show, pool time, and Zumba performances. One day my room wasn’t cleaned, but when I asked for towels, they responded right away and sent complimentary toiletries too. Overall, a fun and comfortable stay for families.
