This is a wonderful hotel, in a colonial town of San Cristobal de las Casas. The staff is great and helpful. The continental breakfast was very good; the fruit was fresh, bread was delicious and coffee was surprisingly delicious. My room was very clean, lots of towels, the mattress was comfortable, not hard and the pillows were soft and medium, exactly the way I like them. The shower had a strong pressure, with hot water, which is a must in any hotel in a small town in Mexico. I would suggest you ask for a room on the second floor, on the left side, because there’s a Disco at the end of the block and lots of restaurants where the young crowd gathers at night. I slept very comfortable, did not hear a sound and the cleaning lady was so attentive to any room items you may need. I think this is the biggest hotel in town, right in front of the plaza and close to restaurants, which are many and walking distance to everything you may want to see. There’s really no need to take a taxi, unless you’re going on a tour, then a comfortable van, with AC, will pick you up at your hotel. I came solo for 5 days of relaxation and was very happy I stayed here, I shall return.

Todo excelente, solo que en la noche se escucha un ruido constante proveniente se algún motor dentro del hotel y si eres sensible al ruido o deja dormir bien

El hotel, la ubicacion y habitacion muy bien , comodo y agradable ... lo unico en el cual deben mejorar es cuando Incluye un desayuno continal, este es muuuuy miserable , de ahi todo bien

Le falta aislar el sonido en las habitaciones para descansar mejor.

Nos asignaron una habitación al fondo del hotel

La habitación olía a caño y la reporte pero simplemente fueron a poner chorritos de cloro en el baño

Excellent super friendly staff. I felt very welcomed! They Even changed us to downstairs room to accommodate my senior mom who can’t climb stairs. Room was very clean and hotel location was excellent! Loved my stay here.

Lo único que no me gustó, es que no tiene elevador y al tercer piso cansa subir.
