在我退房时没有口头通知我的情况下重复收取住房费用（住一晚收了两晚费用），且至今未退还给我，也没有任何解释

酒店范围较大，有两个大泳池，服务员很有礼貌，每样都很好，唯一缺点系淋浴旁边的玻璃漏水，每次沐浴后都一滩水在地上，希望能改善。

Lovely resort hotel with an excellent restaurant and nice pools. Bring your own aloe as we were desperate and ended up paying nearly US$30 for a small bottle at the spa. (Ridiculous prices)

The place was great. The staff was amazing, very friendly.

My experience at the restaurant during breakfast was disappointing because the hostess or manager did not give us a warm welcome. She didn’t even greet us and seemed very unfriendly. The rest of the staff was very kind and attentive. I don’t remember her name, but someone without hospitality experience should not be in that position, especially at a hotel of that level.

The beach has trash on it. Don’t walk barefoot. It looks like they try to keep it clean though. The building out on the pier smells awful and is not in use. Maybe because of all the bird poop? The pools were very nice and the food for breakfast and dinner were excellent, This is Peru. Time moves more slowly. Don’t be in a rush for service. The dog on site is very friendly, but can get aggressive if you stop petting.

It was really good ; although i think for the price , it should include algo lunch , because another 5 stars hotels include that and are as good as Aranwa or better

Todo estuvo 10 de 10. La animación de las chicas para los juegos estuvo excelente y Raquel se portó súper lindo con nuestra niña. Sin duda seguiremos regresando como siempre.

We had a nice ocean/pool side view. Property was excellent. Only downside to our stay was they had a power outage an the air conditioner was not working in the room. But overall an excellent place with many things to keep busy.

Grosszügig. Viel Platz. Grosse Pools. Tennisplatz ohne Gebühr. Gutes japanisches Restaurant. Grosser Balkon mit Sofa und schöner Aussicht. Tägliches Ereignis z.B. Pisco Erklärung. Wie wird Ceviche gemacht 3 Versionen et. Cetera. Das Hotel verdient 4,5 Sterne. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Meh. Nothing special at that price point. Certainly not a 5-star hotel.

Great hotel

The staff was very nice, the rooms were clean(stayed in 3), the amenities were very good. The restaurant would be the only place i would say needs some attention, the food was not what i expexted and the juices in the breakfast buffet were watered down and not good.

This hotel was good for a good night sleep. You’re paying to sleep comfortably. Comfortable bed and very good cold a/c I would say noise at times, early in the morning and late at night as well. Could get annoying at times. The room we had which was a “Deluxe king with sea view” had an extra door by the side of bed that leads to the room next door. Most of noise came from that door. Amenities were ok, having 2 pools is always good. Food was ok The ladies at front desk had a rude attitude, with emotionless answers and not costumers friendly at all.
