全套的廚房，客房很舒適。工作人員很熱心，竭盡所能的幫忙。唯一的缺點是要到達飯店需要走上去一個很斜的短坡，就當訓練自己的體力吧！

Room outdated and in need of a good clean in the bathroom area. Rest of apartment ok and pool ok! In a really good location ( just up a very steep hill to walk)

Godt utstyrt kjøkken. Savnet kjøkken tørkepapir. Ren og pen leilighet. Hyggelig personale. Veldig greit med balkong og lov å røyke, det er vanskelig å finne slike steder i Australia.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Balkon ist schön mit Palmen umgeben. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einzig der Teppich im Schlafzimmer fand ich nicht so zeitgemäss für eine Ferienunterkunft. Das ist etwas gruselig.

Ruhig gelegen, trotzdem konnte man die Geschäfte und Restaurants in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichen. Wunderschöne, helle Wohnung. Laundry auf dem Areal.

Schon vor unserer Anreise war die Kommunikation sehr schwierig, auf E-Mails oder Nachrichten über Expedia wurde sehr spät bzw zum Teil garnicht geantwortet. Vor Ort Kommunikation über WhatsApp ok. Die Unterkunft an sich ist schön gelegen mit einem Blick auf das Meer. Leider lässt die Sauberkeit aber sehr zu wünschen übrig. Das Küchengeschirr war nicht sauber, die Küchenschränke hatten einen sehr muffigen Geruch. Das schlimmste war die Toilette. Sie war verstopft und wir konnten sie daher nicht nutzen. Das Problem ist wohl bekannt und es kommt öfters vor. Leider haben wir die Toilette erst am Abend benutzt, da wir vorher unterwegs waren. Es kam zwar zeitnah jemand von der Unterkunft vorbei, jedoch wurde das Problem nicht direkt gelöst. Es wurde uns gesagt, dass wir für die Nacht die Toilette aus dem Apartment nebenan nutzen können. Leider war das Apartment noch nicht gereinigt worden und die Toilette dementsprechend auch nicht. Es hieß "mehr könne man jetzt nicht machen". Es blieb uns also nichts anderes über als die ungeputzte Toilette im Apartment nebenan zu nutzen. Am nächsten Tag wurde das Problem zwar behoben, unser Badezimmer jedoch danach nicht gereinigt... Wir können die Unterkunft daher nicht empfehlen.

Nice location near the town and the departure point towards the Whitsunday islands. Well equipped.

It was an amazing place to stay, kitchen well stocked, great communication and front desk was fantastic. Location great - just a few min to town. Bit of a hill to climb up- but worth it!

We enjoyed our stay there unit was very clean and well equipped.

We loved the apartment style and as pool lovers, it was perfect to use the pool until 10pm :-) Communication regarding late check in was also without any problems. We would book definitely again for another stay in Australia.

The apartment was well equipped, with all you need. However, arranging a late check in was far from convenient, and required a lengthy time wasting series of messages for something which should be a relatively simple request given the limited reception hours. Additionally, the information booklet specified that guests were to set air-conditioning to 27 degrees overnight, a bit of an unreasonable demand especially for someone from the UK.... The living space of the apartment was pleasant, but the bathroom was very tired and appeared dirty due to old grout and a very stained toilet bowl- I can only hope this was due to very hard water.

It was an older property but clean and priced to suit. Lady at reception was friendly and helpful.
