Ótimo lugar para descansar, excelente vista . Café da manhã hiper simples, única tristeza

The hotel was beautiful, located right on the lake. Our room was really nice, but the bathroom ceiling was old and crumbling, and the blinds were broken. There was also smell of sewage during the night. We mentioned this to the receptionist and she changed our rooms by the third night and offered us a free dinner at the restaurant as a compensation. The second room was lovely. The pool could use a clean up. But overall the experience was lovely and we got engaged there so we have a special place for this hotel in our memory now:)

O quarto estava muito bom, banheiro, ar refrigerado, piso aquecido. A parte externa do hotel necessita melhorias; o deck para o lago está interditado; obras não concluídas.

Large, comfortable room, great view and quiet location. Dinner expensive, small portions and not great experience. My husband had tortellini which was lukewarm (reheated on request). I had Caesar salad, which was small, contained good amount of chicken, chunky croutons, minimal lettuce, regular cheese slices (not Parmesan) but nothing else.

I loved everything about the El Faro except the dinner menu which needs work to come up to the excellent standards of this lovely boutique hotel. Our room, the views, and the staff were all excellent.

Meu Deus, que lugar lindo, que quarto maravilhoso, foi tudo perfeito, vista perfeita, banheiro lindo, não tenho como explicar, o quarto mais lindo em que já me hospedei, recomendo!

The hotel is perfectly situated for amazing lake views. The staff is friendly, breakfast was very tasty, and the rooms are comfy and cozy. The reason it's not a 5-star review is (1) they failed to service our room one of the three days we were there and (2) there were some condition issues of the hotel grounds - the hot tub was questionable at best and the dock on the lake was dangerously weathered. Despite that, I would recommend.

Hotel com vista maravilhosa para o lago Nahuel Huapi mas mal cuidado. Café da manhã sem variedade e com porções pequenas para se servir e serviço médio.

Hotel está num local espetacular na beira do lago. O quarto é completo e muito espaçoso. Destaque pra varanda e pra hidro do banheiro com vista pro lago. Só achei que algumas áreas como Academia e piscina poderiam estar melhor cuidadas. O café da manhã muito bom e completo.

Very nice

The views were spectacular and the hotel was small and quiet. I would definitely stay here again if I was returning to the area.
