综合评分和评论 Bahia Principe Grand Turquesa - All Inclusive

Estuve en este hotel desde el 04/16-04/22/2025 Viaje con mi esposa y mi dos niños. Estuve en turquesa donde en mi llegada mi recibieron con una gran alegría y amabilidad. Los maleteros me hicieron el día desde mi llegada hasta mi último día en este lindo resort. Angel, Domingo, ósea todos los maleteros son personas muy amables y ayudan mucho con el transporte etc. En el bar que está en el lobby principal todos son muy atentos y dan un servicios fuera de serie. El Buffet, hay ya es clase parte tanto a mi como a mi familia nos trataron como reyes, todos las chicas y chicos dan un servicio muy especial, y una de la no me puedo quejar son la de las chicas que están en la puerta, te reciben como una alegría única y contagiosa que hacen sentirte en familia; a mí me encantó este Buffet que por nombre lleva Las Dalias. La n conclusión, Marleni de este restaurante fue la que más hizo por nosotros y si en un futuro volviera con mi familia sería gracia a su alta atención y trato. Este resort lo recomiendo sin pensarlo aquí todos dan un buen servicio y te hacen tener lindos recuerdos.

Muy bien todo solo k la rexeccion ay mucho mosqitos y las habitaciones deven canbiar ese estilo ya gracias

Everything is ok

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The grounds were well maintained. Pools were lovely, beach was nice, and the little golf cart train was convenient and fun. The food was terrible. Had difficulty finding even one thing to eat at the buffet. Would consider a significant overhaul of the food. Otherwise we had a great time.

Did reservation for turquesa, but end up upgrading for Esmeralda , just to be closer to the beach, but excellent customer service at the front desk, I think her name is Katelyn, she was amazing and told us we can have lunch at the buffet while waiting to get the upgrading to Esmeralda. Very clean and beautiful atmosphere Would definitely recommend any of Bahia príncipe resorts

I loved everything about the resort! The food was great. The staff was amazing and really made us feel loved. There was plenty to do and keep us entertained. I can't wait to visit again!

Excelente servicio. Excelentes instalaciones. Lograron convencerne de regresas a Punta Cana.

Mi esposa es una mujer de 81años tiene problemas de rodillas no puede subir y bajar escaleras pedí un cuarto en bajos y me lo negaron fue un segundo piso por 5 días él de la recepción nos dijo que no tenían nada en bajos consultó con su supervisor y nada mí esposa a regresado mal de sus rodillas y la que limpia nos daba malas respuesta qué pena

This hotel is dated. The refrigerator in our room did not keep anything cold and leaked water the entire time having us to place a towel under the refrigerator in order to avoid slipping. Having a jacuzzi tub was nice but not when you are traveling with children and the step in and out of the tub is not only dangerous but very inconvenient. This hotel is also very far from the beach.

People are very nice. Food was yummy. Little far from beach but you get a shuttle take if there in 10 minutes. Place is beautiful. Well maintained. Stuff really nice and friendly. Entertainment is sooo cool. Always something to do.

Property well maintained...personnel very helpful....everything was nice ..will recommend to my friends...

Although room was clean, its maintenance was very basic. Could not take a bath since bathtub drain could not be close. And the toilet was clogged and they never came to fix it. It was like that since i got the room. There were a few service oriented people that tríed to make everything better.
