Nice place and helpful staffs

Good

Rooms were small. We took a standard twin & it was tight opening 2 mid sized luggages (24”) at the same time. That, we kinda expected but having “cabinets” that do not open for use is a great loss of usable space for guests. Not giving full 5 stars because of this. Otherwise, room was clean & well maintained. Coffee is not provided in the rooms, only Japanese tea & bottled water. Free skincare for ladies at the lobby. Front desk staff are courteous & helpful. Hotspring was a plus. Breakfast was excellent & shouldn’t be missed.

We stayed for 5 nights. Location is excellent. City tram is right in front of hotel at ¥170/ride. A few stops from Kagoshima Chuo station. We drove. Parking is available at a charge. Parking attendants were friendly & helpful. Short walk to surrounding cafes & restaurants. Family mart next door. Very convenient.

Good service, with hot spring, nice tradition Japanese breakfast buffet, convenient near transport station and train station.

The service was very friendly, and the room was clean, but extremely small, with a bed that was basically uncomfortable for 2 people.

Very nice hotel, breakfast buffet and public bath. Located right on streetcar line.

Room is clean and in good shape, bed is comfortable. Breakfast is excellent, and it comes with pork sabu sabu, what a pleasant surprise. Hot spring pool is a plus.

Excellent location. Close to train station and the tram stop was right in front of the hotel. The city view bus was 2 blocks away.

Hotel was easy to find. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cleaning has to improve - dusty room. Bad quality for the price.

Breakfast and Hot spring with big bus tab was awesome. And lodging fee was very reasonable.

The location is clos to train station (10 min walk) and very convenient for shopping. The staff is very helpful and nice

A very nice stay at the hotel , close to the " old granary buildings , and with the Ohara museum , and a lovely Temple and Shrines and a park.....very quite and pleasent .

A great place that was close to the major bus stop, train station, and shopping; all in walking distance from the hotel. Great public bath and excellent breakfast. Room was a little tight but for the value I expected that. Extremely clean. I'd stay again.

Super friendly staff and always eager to help. However the bed size is way too small.

The distance is acceptable between two shopping area.

My second visit to this hotel this year, friendly staff, nice buffet breakfast, great value.

Hotel is nice and clean. Onsen is great, a must try.. Breakfast offers a lot of famous local dishes. Check the breakfast before you go to eat those "expensive" famous local cuisine. Breakfast is the best in my stays in 7 different hotels in this trip.
