Very helpful front staff

Underwhelmed. Booked here as one if the more expensive properties in the area. The room was generally fine. Was disappointed to have no carpet, cold hard floors, and absolutely no room for stretching. Was a very tight room for one person, no way would a family fit. No counter space to spread your stuff out, including no where to set anything on the bathroom. No bathroom amenities- would have been nice to have wipes, lotion, etc. rooms were cold and the flooring makes every noise next door and in hallway very loud. No space for food and no plastic cups.

The rooms were lovely. The only thing I didn't like in my experience was the shower. I prefer a directional head to that of the rainfall head but still a great stay.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was well stocked and very good.

The hotel had no water. I know it was nothing they could do about that because it was a Watermain break, but still maybe a discounted rate should’ve been offered not really sure how they were allowed people to stay in the hotel with no water

This hotel is super clean and has a very refreshing smell upon arrival. The hot tub and pool are great as well. Room was super clean and spacious and the staff were super friendly.

Just renovated. Everything is new and pristine. Walk in shower and rainfall head was great. Had Queen suite lots of room. super tidy. Helpful staff at breakfast and front desk. was a great stay. Room was quiet, recommend the suite the seating area was comfy and roomy.
